“I don’t know them all well enough, can you really call them family if you don’t know them well enough?” she wondered before sighing “I guess to stop being cruel I want to be a vegetarian....But yes, your blood is really really enticing” she had to admit with a sigh.

She paused for a moment, unsure of what to say. “You’re right. I’m a mother of two. It’s my greatest achievement. But this doesn’t mean you’re a crappy hunter.”

Kiki sniffled and rubbed her eyes when Luna rested her head on her lap. “I’ll have to detox you or something I- I… maybe I’ll ask Carrie. She’ll know what to do.” She whined running her fingers through Luna’s hair. “You have to be careful..”

“I’m not a demon! I don’t know how to help you. That’s why I told you to feed the way banshee’s feed.” She whined. “With your mother not here to help you hunt.. im unless. That’s why I give you my blood it has a less effect.” She sighed sitting down herself.

“I tried, but then I went to see Carrie’s other children, I wanted to see what it was like to have siblings, then I lost control...” Luna whined weakly, crawling over and laying her head on Kiki’s lap, her claws digging into her mothers leg “Sorry..” she whispered releasing them from her, pressing her face against the banshee, the demons body still giving shakes as she squeezed her eyes shut.

“This is why I didn’t want to feed into your demon side. You’ll become rebellious and you’ll hate me.” Kiki whined. When Luna sat up, Kiki’s eyes turned black. “You will sit down!” She ordered raising her voice loudly. “My daughter is not going to be a god damn murderer!”

Luna made a whine herself “I enjoyed it...” she said, her tone full of guilt, she’d only ever known Kiki’s blood and tasting other blood had set off something wild in her. At Kiki’s order she immediately sat, almost like a dog since she had to obey her mother naturally in her genetics. “Then help me...Because I can’t stop thinking about it...” she said shakily, her clawed fingers twitching.

“You’ve been drinking blood haven’t you?” Kiki sighed and rubbed her tired eyes. “You know drinking blood and eating flesh puts you in a mood.” She whined having a splitting headache from work and stress with Carrie.

Luna shook her head “No” she snipped “I only ever have your blood, I’ve never killed anything, you know me, mom...” she lied, yet her eyes were telling, if anything she hadn’t felt so alive until that moment she was tearing that poor man apart, it was a side to her she hadn’t known existed, yet it was also an Ecstasy that she wanted again, like an addiction, she wanted to feel that rush that she’d never felt before...The blonde was about to speak until her ears pricked when she heard the person in apartment next door unlocking their door, Luna subconsciously raising from her seat.
