I cannot stress enough how important it is to speak up for yourself when someone is crossing your boundaries or dismissing your feelings. You are your biggest advocate. No one else can read your mind or feels what you feel.

So I came across this quote about the difference between regret and wanting to change the past. “If you went back and fixed all the mistakes you made, you erase yourself.” I think that’s a very healthy and beautiful way to cope with what’s happened in your life, and moving forward with confidence.
