I have heard almost fully cybernetic Emre or the opposite. Now I am bringing you "Techno-Organic Emre." or "Biomechanical Emre" What if the parts we think that are mashine are actually made from something that is an amalgamation of syntetic grown muscle tissue, silicone and wires? Stronger than normal human tissue but compatible with it and can heal itself? (Hence the siphon blaster). It has nerves instead of fully artificial sensors? What if most of his organic looking parts are also like that? I see Emre as an attempt to mesh human with AI (Flesh with maschine) so what if we go all in?

Bring on the body horror. Make that man/AI combo completely eldritch. Have Mercy or Moira try to open him up and whisper to themselves "what the fuck?"
