many cool artists have grown big and healthy platforms on there, some i've followed from other sites, some i have discovered on bsky. there is definitely a lot less toxicity on there, and no bot-like engagement, things feel very human and authentic. it's possible to grow big on there but it all depends on a number of factors, just like anywhere else. sometimes it's just not possible ig, but it's better to have small community on bsky rather than uhhh still small but on alt right ai and bot infested hellscape imo....? me, i'm just happy i have a place for posting and sharing porn and that i'm not getting shadowbanned for bullshit reasons or blocked entirely for nsfw art (although they tried, but backed down, yikes!)

i've had low engagement before these systems were even implemented, now i imagine this is 100 times worse. that being said a lot of accounts i see floating around are doing just fine. twt isn't worth it anyway, yea i get it, big numbers (if you're lucky enough to get them..) official accounts are on there and you have a chance to be seen and boosted by them, which all brings you clients and bigger audience in general. but if one hasn't established that network already there's p much no point in being on twt, with all the overwhelming negatives that site brings
