This is the Islands I think! The architecture and fashion matches up. There are a few shots in this location.

Simon! Presumably upset because shaving is reminding him of what it was like to be the Ice King. The other shot of Simon in a bathroom is probably the same scene.

FINN! That is definitely Finn, he matches the design from the poster and he has his metal arm.
