[ART] Might you drink from the Magic Well? I might, it's magic. I've been playing Might and Magic a lot and just beat the 8th game after no longer playing with my food (AKA killing every hostile NPC I sense and/or spamming the stun on them). They're definitely among my favorite games, maybe right next to Doom. I highly recommend the World of Enroth Merge mod, which adds QoL features such as mouse aiming and strafing.

I'll be releasing two new singles today as the start of a brand new year long project that I'll be undertaking for the year 2025. This project is called The Months, and the goal for each month is to release a new single themed after a holiday, a mood, or whatever I'm personally feeling. A new mood every month = a new mood for each of the 12 songs. Due to procrastination, I'm late by a month so to compensate I'm releasing the single for January and February today. I'm really excited to start this project and I can't wait for what 2025 has in store for me. Thanks guys!! :)

I feel like I've been trying to fight off loneliness for a long time. I try to text my friends often and ask them about making plans but my brain can never adjust when they haven't texted back in a while (I have some friends who take more than a day to text me back and some just don't get back to me at all) or if plans get cancelled or fall through. I think that over the past six years my expectations for friendships have sullied. I'll never blame my friends for not being able to get back to me or hang out with me, but it feels like whenever something like that happens the connection I have with them is severed in some way, like things could never go back to the way they were even though I know that feeling is overdramatic. If that happens I feel like I'm left to think about all the failed friendships I've had, the friendships I feel ambivalent about, and the friendships I wish I had. The last one eats me up a lot because I know that if I had more friends then I wouldn't be in that situation to begin with but making friends for a person like me who's introverted is hard all around. I think the only thing that keeps me going is the hope that I can connect or continue to connect with the friends I talk to regularly but I don't feel like I have anyone outside of that. It's just me and my hobbies, alone.
