Honestly, I worked on each of their designs individually, trying to think like Judge: I have five individuals to conquer kingdoms, so to optimize resources, each one will have a specific role.

So I went back to the basics for each one: their color, specific ability, and role. I kept black and white as colors shared by everyone.

For example, Reiju embodies pink, poison, seduction, and sabotage; her original outfit resembles a butterfly, so I incorporated insect motifs. Since the theme is seduction, she wears a short dress with a neckline, but I balanced this with the warrior aesthetic by adding tall boots and a high-collared, long-sleeved top.

I strayed from the original style because I realized they had a sort of space-themed look—which reminded me of Futurism, and that led me to think of Y2K futurism and retro futurism.

Although I don't object to their uniformity in the canon—since it fits the whole Germa concept—I wanted to offer a reinterpretation. There was a point where I experimented so much with the designs that they strayed too far from the canon; it was a bit of a slip-up haha
