I am 1% human and 99% tired

one thing i have been trying to teach myself lately is that i am enough whenever. i am always, all the time enough. i am enough when i don’t like myself, i am enough when i don’t look presentable, i am enough when i’m not ready to face my demons. you don’t have to do certain things such as working out 5x a week, journal and meditate every night or be good at school to be enough and worthy of love. whatever state you are in right now is enough. you are deserving of a relationship, a good life and everything else at any given time.

Just because someone doesn’t require much, doesn’t mean you give the minimum.

Direct your habits, thoughts, behaviour and environment to reflect who you want to be and how you want to live your life. Everything that you want in life comes down to the way you show up for yourself daily, and the choices you make.

you’re going to love again, find a job again, create art again, do what you love again, feel powerful again. you’re going to be back on track. i don’t know when, but you are going to feel like yourself again, eventually. this isn’t the end. hang in there.

Actions always prove why words mean nothing
