People only care about mental health battle stories if the outcome is successful. They don't wanna hear about you still struggling or can't control your symptoms

i feel disconnected from literally everyone and everything.

I've been struggling my whole life and it's not fair. Trauma stole everything from me. Even after it ended, it still continues to take and take. My life is not mine. It does not belong to me. Trauma fills in the empty space, trauma takes up everything in my life and being. I hate it. I hate it so fucking much.

if people found out about my tumblr they’d be very concerned & i would be put into a mental hospital lol.
