so basically the ‘gun thing’ boils down to,  clint can and will use a gun if he has to / runs out of arrows in the field.  he does carry a pistol with him when they go out in the field (a glock 26 like natasha),  as well as an extra ammunition for the pistol,  either for himself or nat if she needs an extra.

          tear tracks are still fresh on his face.  he’s not bothered to wipe them away.  it’s not like he’s trying to hide the fact that he’s upset.  not from natasha.  never from natasha.  mainly because there’s no point in trying to hide his feelings around her.  natasha reads him like an open book.  always has and always will.  it’s impossible to keep a lid on things around nat.  hell,  it’s impossible for him to keep a lid on things at all.  ever.  

          still...  he doesn’t appreciate natasha pointing out the fact that he’s been crying.  she knows him.  she knows that if he wants to talk about it,  he will.
