Told myself I'd post this up as a progress shot, regardless of how far I got on it. I love Photoshop's options for animation as far as brushes/effects and colors go, but man can it be a pain in the ass. More progress on this guy later. True story, when I was a little wisenheimer kid, saying my prayers before bedtime, I ended a prayer with "and god bless the devil." From what I remember my mom got a good laugh out of it, even if I did have a smart mouth.
