Caregiver Alphabet Letter P: Pacify! Obviously.
Littles LOVE yapping. "my diaper is too wet" "my diaper is too messy!" "I'm hungie" "I'm thirsty" "I wanna be a big girl again" "I dont wanna sucky right now" "I dont like breastmilk" etc. It's honestly exhausting I have no idea how people deal with us. But luckily, you as a caregiver have a secret tool in your disposal. The ever powerful silicone nipple!
Early on my bigs established that if the pacifier goes in, not only am I not allowed to take it out, but I am not allowed to speak at ALL. The only means I can communicate is if I start sobbing like a real baby would. Because they usually pacify me in front of guests, I really would prefer not to cry if I don't have to, but sometimes unfortunately it's forced on me. Like in the picture above! I bet you anything her bigs know she needs a changie, but she's not gonna get it until she starts sobbing like a baby and begs for it. It's amusing to the guests and they're being good hosts.
For mommys, the pacifier can be a powerful tool to get your Little used to the idea of nursing. I'm embarrassed to admit that I nurse on my paci now as if I was suckling from mommy. When she was preparing to start breastfeeding me, I kept getting "baby treats" from her. She would coat my pacifier in honey, and then coat it in sugar. She would never tell me until it was in my mouth and I could tell. I got so used to suckling it clean that by the time she stuck her tit in my mouth I was fully used to the sensation of feeding from her.
Finally, its nice to give it to us when we seem overwhelmed, or a little stressed. Not only do we get the comfort, but you get the peace and quiet. Sometimes I'm overstimulated for no particular reason at all, and I need some pacifier to calm my nerves down. After so long with just baby things to entertain me, it is surprisingly easy to overwhelm me with even just an extra person in the house.
Finally, it establishes dominance. Once they put a pacifier in my mouth, and then a medical mask on my face, and walked me through town asking me questions in front of people knowing full well i cant talk back. It was HUMILIATING.
Everything she needs for bed time <3
Pretty baby sucks like theres no tomorrow
Alot of newer littles will avoid using the pacifier as it was intended. It's not enough to have it in your mouth like its a decoration piece. If you really want to get the most out of it, you need to at least suckle on it gently. Obviously it's hard to do that with real baby pacifiers. Try to have your Big invest in a real adult baby pacifier for maximum effect. For me, that was as easy as voicing my opinions too much in front of daddy, and even sometimes talking back. He ended up buying a pacifier to save me from getting spanked so often. He's so nice to me <3
After a while of nursing on your pacifier, you'll develop a nice oral fixation that will help you in your journey of being a baby. I can't help but suckle on anything they put in my mouth now. This helped immensely when I was learning to get breastfed, even though I definitely didnt want to drink her milk. Now her boobie is my favorite type of pacifier!
When pacifier training your little girl,
it’s important to start small. Offer it to her at the slightest sign of discomfort or inconvenience. She may refuse at first, finding it too silly, but consistency is key. Once she begins to accept it, be sure to shower her in praise and affection as positive reinforcement for this type of behavior. There are days she may regress in her training and claim she doesn’t need it. Use these moments as learning opportunities for her by strapping her pacifier in her mouth for as long as is deemed necessary to help settle her down. As the dependency takes deeper root, keep her pacifier clipped to her top, so it’s never too far from her fussy, little reach. Soon she’ll be lost without the comfort she takes in nursing on her pacifier.
Encourage her to make her suckling obvious. The puffy cheeks and loud, greedy, wet smacks emitting from behind her pacifier shield provide her caregiver with the much needed proof that not only does baby have her pacifier securely in place where it belongs, but also that she is adequately acquiescing to her new accessory even when she’s out of sight. Sure, she’s guaranteed to have a chin that’s permanently drenched and dripping with drool, but that just means it’s time to add another accessory to her repertoire - her ✨bib✨
If she thought relying on a pacifier to regulate her emotions was humiliating at her age, just wait until she’s forced to have the shameful, spit soaked proof of her undeniable immaturity tied around her neck, on display for all to see.

Diaper humiliation.
I know, I know. You're picturing a big, dramatic scene where I pull down your pants, spank you into submission, tape you into a thick diaper and lock it into place.
You know what's so much more delicious to me? Diaper humiliation as routine. As lifestyle. As background noise.
You come home from work and swap out your house keys for a big pacifier, which you clip to your collar. You pull out your phone as you walk to the living room, casually removing your pants and underwear with your other hand. You lie down on the floor and spread your bare legs in the air, assuming the expected position as you submissively wait for your nightly diaper. Your legs dangle there stupidly as you suckle and scroll.
I let you dawdle like that for a minute or two before coming to oil and powder your bottom. You tell me about your day, drooling a bit through your paci, and I tell you about mine. I fold up the diaper nice and tight against your waiting bum and seal it.
No scene. No roleplay. No taunting or threats. Peeing in diapers and sucking pacifiers are just your everyday home life, as much as Netflix and takeout would be for a normal couple.
Because every once in a while, when you're not expecting it — as you're waddling to the kitchen in your soggy pampers or feeling a rope of drool ooze onto your dinner bib — it hits you like a ton of bricks: What a silly diapered dummy you are! When did being drooly, padded, and humiliated become so natural to you? So unremarkable? Your face will get hot, you'll feel squirmy in your tummy, and it will be so delicious, because it came out of nowhere.
Make it routine.
Diaper Dependency
"Soon enough, you wouldn’t have any control left at all. You’d helplessly fill your diapers wherever we are, even in public and in front of friends, family, and strangers. And you’d just grow more and more embarrassed, and more and more dependent on Daddy’s kindness and care. You’d grow to love your diapers until you were nothing more than the helpless, thumb-sucking little diaper baby you’d always secretly wanted to be."
Really don't want to be an adult anymore. No more being a grown up. Just wanna be little and helpless and let myself be fragile and stop worrying about everything.
I want the thickest padding so I don't have to worry about the potty.
I want a caregiver that I can love and worship, someone who looks after me and cares for me and loves me in return.
I want a safe space in my house where I can be little and not have to have my adult brain switched on all the damn time, decorated with all the cute babyish things.
I want to finally be able to let little me out again, after being locked away for so long for fear of her being hurt again.
I want pretty dresses that barely cover my padding.
I want wakeup kisses and goodnight kisses, and a hundred kisses in between. Stories read. Bottles fed. Cuddles and snuggles and intimate moments. Hand holding in public so I don't run off. Nappy checks. Dummy being popped in my mouth when I'm clearly in need of regression.
I'm sick of having to pretend to be a grown up all the time. It's exhausting. I'm not built for this. It's draining my willpower and I should never have been given this much responsibility.
Can someone please come snatch me up, tape me into a thick nappy, and regress me so I don't have to worry about pretending all the time?

“but daddy shoveling snow is a big girl job! @happyandhealthyabdl I NEED you!” 💔
“Oh baby, you’re right! You should be playing in the snow not shoveling! Since you have to be a big girl for a minute, go grab your paci & blankie for me. Since Daddy can’t be there irl today, use these while you finish your chores babygirl. If you’re really good, maybe we can play together when you’re all done.” ❤️
There is a very special magic in pacifiers. If you put a diaper on your little darling, he will certainly feel small and look up to you. But diapers can also be a necessity. Not so the pacifier. Nobody has pacifiers in their mouth, ONLY babies. Anyone with a diaper on can still walk and talk normally, and with the right clothes they can pass as an adult.
Not so with a pacifier. A pacifier has incredible power. You use it to keep your little one quiet and when you put the pacifier in his mouth, you influence his ability to speak. He will talk like a baby. The philosopher Wittgenstein said "The limits of my language are the limits of my world." Language is the basis of consciousness. Set your little darling the limits of a baby with a pacifier. Anyone who has a pacifier in their mouth and at best still unconsciously sucks on it IS a baby!
Somebody DM'd me this morning saying, essentially, I deserve to have somebody take away my control, powder me, and put me in diapers. Because I'm not like other girls.
They're right. Other girls only wish they had that. But me? I've got a ton of people lining up to change my diapers.
Yes, I deserve it. I'm worth all those changes you'll have to do ;). And unlike them, you know I still look sexy!
Emotion
I was thinking about some posts that I saw recently that said something like "It's not just diapers - She should be emotionally regressed too, throwing tantrums just like a toddler". I wonder how many of us were made fun of, even by our parents, "for still having tantrums at your age"?
How amazing would it be to have a breakdown and have that just be expected behavior? Having a daddy or mommy who is in to that?
I can give up my bladder control and not have to regulate my emotions? No more guilt over feeling the wrong thing? WHERE DO I SIGN UP?

hi!!! i love your blog :) u are very cute. my question is: beyond the diapers, do you use a paci? how often do you use it?
Mmhm… yes, I do use a paci. My Daddy makes sure to keep me frequently using it to keep my nice and calm. My brain can get all anxious and my Binkie helps me settle back down. It's not my place to choose when I don't need it—my Daddy puts it in and it stays put until he says otherwise. I'm always able to reach for it too
Here’s how my days usually go:
*When I wake up, It's normally still in and clipped on to my pjs. If not, I get fussy really easy. When Daddy gets up he puts my Binkie in right away so I can wake up slow and quiet. It stays in through morning snuggles and while he cooks breakfast, so I can just focus on a baby show.
*During my midday nap, again... Binkie goes in and stays in until I wake up and finish my hour tummy time.
*When Bedtime gets near, I get it clipped on again. It helps me transition into sleep and stay as relaxed as possible.
Since my focus is on building a suckling soothing habit, it's important to become reliant on a pacifier. Sucking on it helps my body stay in “nursing mode,”. My brain is being trained to reach for a nursing bra and find a nipple to latch on when I feel stressed. I have a nursing partner and I strive to continue to push for more frequency
A dream goal would be: Not just nursing at bedtime or after naps. I nurse whenever I feel wiggly, upset, or scared. Even when I’m playing or talking or listening, knowing I can nurse whenever I need makes everything feel easier. It’s like a little hug that goes inside me, helping my heart and brain stay gentle.
Having a schedule—morning, midday, after big feelings, and bedtime—keeps me steady and regulated all day.
ABDL Hot Thoughts #1
Think about this…
You’re home from running errands with your mommy. There’s a trunk full of groceries, as well as a few more packs of diapers, wipes, and other supplies for your changing table that you picked up at the AB/DL supply store on the way home.
Meanwhile, your diaper is soaked. In your car seat you feel the warm padding, firmly pressed against your bits by the crotch strap of the five point harness.
Mommy turns off the car. She doesn’t let you out, not until she’s finished unloading the trunk and putting stuff away. She doesn’t want you wandering around unsupervised - so it’s better to keep you securely strapped into baby bondage.
It takes a while, 15 or so minutes. You’re bored the whole time, your pacifier is the only thing in reach, and thats just because it’s strapped to your onesie. The white teddy bears barely pop against the soft pink background, but the snaps look like they are struggling to keep hold.
Then, your mommy returns. Without saying anything she removes your buckle and helps you stand out of the car. She holds you by the wrist, and brings you to the nursery.
Obediently, you wait by the changing table for her to finish putting away your diapers. You still have a few to go through before opening the new packs, and even more in the closet of different thicknesses and designs.
Then, she picks you up by the armpits, and puts you on your back, so you’re lying down on the changing table. A strap is secured over your chest, and your wrists are slipped into the cuffs above your head.
She unsnaps your onesie, and checks your diaper.
“Hmm…” she says.
That’s it.
She starts to undo the damp padding and you look forward to a dry diaper. But instead, when she lifts your legs, she doesn’t start wiping you down. She just applies a fresh dusting of baby powder, checks the lock on your chastity device, and then tapes the padding back around your waist.
“Mommy?” you ask.
“Shhh, don’t worry baby,” mommy says. “You just need more powder to make sure you don’t get a rash, I was certain you pooped your pants back there, but you must have just tooted.”
She refastens your onesie, and then releases you from the changing table restraints.
“We still have more errands to run, and you still are overdue for a stinky diaper,” mommy says. “Let’s go, back in your car seat so we can go to the bank. Then I need to pick up something from Auntie Bethany’s house - if you can make plushies by then I’m sure she’d be happy to change your diapers in her little’s nursery then.”
