I also feel like Ned is just 10000000% done with Loys. Like, there was a time when he was more patient with him and though that he’d come around, but now he’s just like YOU ARE A GROWN ASS MAN AND YOUR PEOPLE NEED YOU ARE YOU SERIOUSLY HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH THAT KEY!?!??!? Not that he’s ever said these things to his face. I feel like Ned is always the “obedient” (lol) servant to the Mortains and he actually has their trust?? (at least with margery is as much trust as she’d put in anyone but ½ of it is also that she def underestimates him haha)

i deF think that anything ned wants, ned gets.  like, if ned’s like ‘i need x thing’ or whatever, loys has already signed whatever sheet to make that happen!!!! unless its smth margery doesn’t like in which case...more hidining under the table time for loys!!!!!!!  he basically lets ned and margery argue those things out and involve him only when a joint decision has been made hahaha loys does noT have the emotional wherewithal to dive into any conflicts between them askdljfksjdkfjd

Hi, Monica!  Kate again with like…I’ve given up trying to keep track how many characters I have but this is yet another.  He’s technically the Lord/Warden of the South, but he’s the most sorry excuse for that you’ve ever seen.  He’s sweet and shy and basically hides behind his mother’s skirts (who basically runs the South in his name) and ngl he’s basically the laughing stock of the nation but he has no idea bc he spends all his time counting his collection of keys????????  He’s also betrothed to Celia Beaumont, who’s Adam’s legitimate half sister o.0  I think Adam works in Loys’ stables?  So idk how often they’d see each other, but they’d probs at least know of one another?

and is generally TERRORIZED esp bc what’s a boy to do w/o his mother????  And he’s probs screaming almost constantly and basically this is NOT the bffery that he was imagining when he came up north.  Also, you know he’s basically freezing to death and like COVERED in furs and fussing about that esp bc the transition from the south to the north has to be the roughest in Aragoth.  Anyway, this will NOT make him want to leave Swystone EVER again hahahahaha and so he’s like, “Can mama be married technically to Lucian and come back down south to live with me and Celia 5eva afterwards???????”
