so, lore wise,
miami isn't necessarily good or evil. she has morals, yes, but she tends to want to do her own thing. she lives in spite of society. she's a bounty hunter (in the sense of alita battle angel). she tends to be indifferent about people in general and likes to wander alone. she's pretty alright at martial arts, but not crazy good. she likes to smoke weed sometimes when she doesn't have any work to do. she plays guitar and arcade games as hobbies. she collects vinyl records and tech magazines. she owns a commodore 64 and likes to write small programs for fun. she's not a crazy tech wiz, but likes to do some computer nerd stuff on the side. she has a small handful of friends that she cares about and would take a bullet for them. she doesn't put up with anyone's BS. she rarely lets her anger get the better of her, mostly having a cool head about things. she can have a silver tongue and be quick witted when she needs to be. she mostly stays in her lane about things. she has a fear of cockroaches. she's a butch lesbian.
miami lives in a cyberpunk city that's perpetually in the 1980s. her favorite singers are joan jett and michael jackson. she likes a good cheeseburger and fries any day. she uses a variety of tools in her bounty hunting work. one of her favorite tools is a grappling hook. she also only really uses her pyrokenetic powers if she really has to. she likes to show off, though. it's her weakness, and has gotten her hurt (hence the bionic arm). she gets reckless if she's not careful while showing off.
she has a strong will. it's hard to deter her from things. she likes to fight in underground boxing rings from time to time. it's not for the money for her, though. it's for the thrill of the fight. she keeps her wits about her, though. she doesn't go completely overboard with her battles, and keeps her fights fair enough (to her standards). she knows when to back down, and when to pick and choose her battles. she thinks on her feet during fights.
