I need some exercise ideas to do at home in my room that are efficient. It’s so hard to find anything that works:/

What are your safe foods?

getting skinny just to see the look on everyone’s face, especially the ones who told me I gained weight and wasn’t pretty anymore .

I’ve been doing so good this week, but today is a cheat day and I didn’t mean for it to be. Next week will be better I hope, but thanksgiving is also next week..
