hi guys so this is the diet i’m doing starting today, 8th june and ending 18th june! hopefully this will help me to lose 2-4kg, or even more ! i’m doing this hopefully 4 times over a 6 week period, as i have a festival on the 21st july that i NEED to be skinny for. I’m starting this diet weighing 58kg, and i’m hoping to be at least 56kg by the 18th. My overall goals are to be at least 50kg by the festival, but if i lose 4kg each time i do the diet, i could even be 42kg!!! which would be amazing !!! ill also be doing exercise nearly daily during this diet, but only on the days i’m eating something. good luck if you plan to join in on this ! and remember, exercise every day you eat for at least 30 mins, drink 2L+ of water a day, drink 2+ cups of green tea/peppermint tea a day, and eat healthy nutritional food on the eating days, not just random junk you can find !!! good luck !!
