You are not every thought, feeling, or version of yourself that passes through. Those are temporary. They move. They change. The observer within you does not. There is no need to identify so deeply with every passing emotion, spiral, or story. You are the awareness beneath it all. Everything comes and goes, the one witnessing it remains.

I forgive myself for the many times and many ways I’ve attempted to control the flow of life, all things are divinely perfect.

War is what happens when collective fear and ignorance reach a critical mass.

The fire of war is already burning. Adding anger only adds fuel.

My responsibility is to remain awake, compassionate, and not contribute more hatred to the world

Inner discipline: see suffering clearly, but don’t let it turn your heart into the same energy that created it.

Don't fear what is coming, but rather, stand in your power and decide how you would like to experience it. Make it an adventure.

Go a beyond forgiving those that hurt you.. thank them, love them; because the people who hurt you the most in the physical, love you the most in the spiritual. They chose to descend so that you could ascend. The worst things done to you were soul contracts agreed upon by your higher self and soul tribe to activate dormant gifts, & light codes within you. Your pain is sacred. Your pain is intentional. Your pain is powerful.

Every physical challenge you face is a way to figure out how you can love your body more.

I know you can’t feel all the things I’ve felt before.. but it feels like you know me, and all the things I couldn’t say.
