Summer reminiscent In a little chicago neighborhood called Bridgeport exists a gem of a place called Pleasanthouse...and right next to it is Maria's. Over the summer, at Maria's, Maria's son grills sausages in the back patio and serves them out as a weekly monday ritual to any of the sneaky individuals who know about it. Free korean bbq...only go for the kimchi slaw and jokes...and beer.

Every year on the day after thanksgiving (black friday, I suppose), a good friend and I go to Buffalo Joes to mack out on wings and waffle fries. It's a good tradition if I do say so myself.
