Hey I’m looking for some motivation tools? Discipline tools? Anything u use to keep accountable pls.

Have you ever used the Daylio app? I used to use it when I was really struggling with my mental health. I wouldnt say its neccesarily for accountability but you can track your mood and what you've done that day. I found it helpful because it made me aware of how I was spending my time and kinda shows patterns of what things were common on my bad or good days.
