i mistook love for enamor.

that's why i felt tingly

and butterflies that day.

i didn't knew that your words,

"i am enamored by your beauty,"

will make me cringan.

i didn't knew that it would turn

into such an ugly love.

The tears I kept fighting—

The voices I kept on my head

for many years, will always be here.

Until someone decided to love me.

Until the screams hushed.

Until the sea finally calms.

But perhaps it'll just be gone,

When the time comes that I decided—

to end it all.

I can't remember how many nights I attempted to make myself tremble.

On late nights when I can't sleep,

I crawl out of my bed just to stare at the moon and take as much time as possible to breathe.

The nights when everything appears to be so bright.

The nights I reffered to as "nightmares".

- when will the sun shine again?
