ᝰ𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: ''if the manifestation is instant... why haven't i shifted yet? ive been insisting on the manifest (or my desires) every time i wake up, during the day, etc., for a long time... why isn't it working?''
yall. this is a question im frequently getting...i'll try to explaine it to yall in the best way. 😙🫡these are MY thoughts. Youre free to disagree. i just try to explaine some ''confusions'' beginners or less experienced people might have. These are NOT ''limiting belief''. just how manifestation works and its logic. 😸
The frequency difference between wanting something and having something is a real thing. Manifestation is technically instantaneous cause the moment you assume or choose (decide) something in your consciousness, that reality already exists at the quantum level/ in your mind. However,, physical reality (aka so called 3D) is, by its nature, a bit more like a slow moving mirror. No its not a fvcking ''limiting belief''. Why our assumpitons not immediatley occuring into 3D reality? Cause manifestation dont stop working. we assume things 24/7. So that means, if the physical world wasnt slower thsn our minds and itd reflect our assumptions in the milisecond, itd be a complete chaos. Imagine every and each one of your thoughts instanly occurring in the physical world. Youre in the traffic, and the person in front of u wont stop honking the horn. And for a moment u think ''ugh wtf, what are they doing? wish theyd just explode''. And what, itd really happen? The person would explode. But in 3D theres something called "a bridge of incidents". And ur subconscious mind reflects u your constant assumptions cause it takes THEM as reality. Your subconscious mind has no eyes. It'll reflect what you tell it as ''truth'' (reality).
However the critical point here is that constantly saying "im manifesting, im shifting, im insisting" throughout the day actually sends this message to 3D that "i don't have this rn, and im trying to make it happen!!!!" Too much effort.
🌔 The energy of wanting says: it feeds on the belief that " i don't have it."
🌖 The energy of having says: it feeds on the feeling that "it's already there, im comfortable."
Constantly insisting is similar to asking someeone every five minutes, "ughh has my package arrived? its definitely coming, right??" This situation indeed harbors a greeeeeat deal of doubts and a feeling of lack in the background. 3D dosent reply to your techniques, to deep seated feeling of "nah i don't have it yet." Now, doubts are okay, your mood swinging is okay, but you should not go back to the old assumptions that u wanna replace. The moment u ask urself, "why haven't i shifted yet?", you open your eyes, look around, and utter, (observing ur reality) "aah, im in the same old room again." in other words youre literally allowing 3D (aka THE shadow of your old assumptions) to manipulate you. Physical reality is an xray of your old thoughts. What you see now is the result of the past. Every time you whine "why didn't it work?", you're recopying the old film into the present :p
𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝗶𝗳 𝘂 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁…
DOOONTT turn persistence into stubbornness. Now, instead of constantly forcing urself throughout the day to "manifest," CLEARLY set your intention once and then let your mind relax. When ur mind asks u (actually ego talking) "why didn't it work?", don't fight with it. Just say, "cause physical world is building the bridge of incidents of it and it already happened/ i have it." and move on.
as for shifting, stop thinking bout the shifting moment or how itll happen. Try to feel the comfort of that version of yourself whose already living in that reality, that has gone wherever they wanted, and the satisfaction of "yeaaaa it happened and its over, i don't need to think about it anymore." you don't obsess over something you have during the day, you just enjoy its comfort. (naturally)
dont give up on 3D, don't ignore it, no matter where you physically wake up, dont see it as a "failure." Just think that ''im at the bridge stage (bridge of incidents)."
Hope y'all understand. 🌟
A Practical Guide to Reality Shifting Integrating Louise Berlay’s Teachings to Shift into Your Desired Life
Daily Mental Rehearsal: Step-by-Step Technique 🌸
To become who you want to be, the teachings of Magic of the Mind advise us to start within! Berlay provides a clear daily practice to impress your desires on the mind. The discipline is simple but requires consistency. Here is a step-by-step guide based on Magic of the Mind for shifting into your dr or any goal you choose:
1. Set Aside Focused Imagination Time:
Reserve at least 15–30 minutes every morning after waking and every night before sleep for your creative mental work . These twilight states (just after waking, and before drifting to sleep) are when your mind is relaxed and highly receptive. Make this a “sacred” routine because it’s when you’ll consciously create and fulfill your desires each day. Importantly, approach it with a playful, relaxed attitude, so do not strain or “try to force” results. As Berlay emphasizes: “DON’T TRY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.” Simply imagine and feel; allow the process to unfold.
2. Happily Assume It is Done:
Begin your session by centering on the feeling that your wish is already fulfilled. Bring to mind your specific desire like for example, being a rich and influential content creator with millions of followers, perfect health and looks, a loving partner, and a beautiful home. Now assume, just for this moment, that all of it is now reality. Convince yourself for these minutes that your dream life is here. This is what Berlay calls “happily assume that fulfillment is present.” Approach it with joy and confidence, as if you just accomplished all your goals.
3. Rehearse the Natural Consequences:
Once you feel it is done, let your imagination play out the scene of your life in that reality. Berlay instructs to “silently rehearse in happy imagination that which would naturally follow its presence.” In other words, mentally live the day-to-day truth of your wish fulfilled. For a moment, forget about “wanting” these things and pretend you already have them and imagine what happens next. For example, see yourself waking up in your dream home, with the decor and view you’ve always wanted. Perhaps you check your phone and see thousands of new positive messages from fans because you’re a famous influencer. Feel the excitement and gratitude of this. Then maybe you walk to your mirror and see your desired appearance, looking exactly as you’ve envisioned. Smile and feel proud! You might then go through your day as this version of you: meeting with your creative team, filming a video that gets millions of views, or attending a VIP event. Include the loving presence of your desired partner or SP in your scenes as well, imagine them congratulating you on a big success or just lovingly spending time in your gorgeous home together. Make the scene as real and natural as possible.
4. Engage All Your Senses & Emotions:
While you imagine these scenes, embody the experience fully. Berlay suggests using vivid sensory details: if there’s a trophy or award in your dream, feel its weight and cool metal in your hands; hear the crowd applauding and your friends saying “Congrats!” or even your haters side-eyeing. If you’re imagining wealth, perhaps feel the texture of a check or cash in your hand, or imagine logging into your bank account and seeing a huge number or using apple/samsung pay on a massive purchase (and feel the thrill!). To imagine your ideal appearance, look in an imaginary mirror and see your face/body as you want it, maybe run your fingers through your hair or try on a fabulous outfit and feel how great it fits. The key is to generate the feelings you’d have if all this were undeniably real, the pride, joy, relief, gratitude, confidence. This emotional charge is what impresses the subconscious most deeply . Berlay writes that you should rehearse “in the highest joy of which you are capable,” joyfully celebrating your “victory” as if it’s already won . Enjoy your pretend reality. Make it feel like the best day ever, or a very fulfilling normal day in your ideal life.
5. Inner Conversation and Self-Talk:
Berlay also recommends using inner speech to solidify the assumption. In your imagination, have short mental conversations where you share your good news with those close to you . For example, hear a friend or family member say “I’m so happy for your success, you truly have everything you ever wanted!” and mentally respond “Yes, it’s amazing, I feel so blessed and excited about life.” Feel their arms hug you or see their smiling face as they congratulate you. You can also silently tell yourself affirmations in first person: e.g., “I am so grateful that I’m now a successful pop star/superhero/doctor living my dream life. I have a healthy, beautiful body, a loving partner, and wealth flows to me easily.” Such inner dialogues further convince your subconscious that this is real and happening. (Be sure to frame these thoughts in the present tense, as happening now, not in the future.)
6. “Act” It Out in Mind Throughout the Day:
Beyond your dedicated morning/night sessions, Berlay says to use every free moment to briefly reconnect with your desired state. “During every free moment, silently and joyfully act out in your mind its natural consequences… feel and wear your new self-image.” This means if you’re walking the dog, driving, or showering, you can daydream little snippets of your wish fulfilled. Keep it light and fun! For instance, as you drink your coffee you might momentarily imagine you’re sipping it on the balcony of your new mansion, or when you get dressed you feel like you’re putting on a designer outfit for a photoshoot. These quick mental flashbacks of your already shifted self help reinforce the assumption. Carry the feeling of your new identity with you as much as possible. Berlay calls it “wearing your new self-image” like putting on a costume, you become that version of you in thought, and eventually in fact.
7. Remain Faithful and Don’t Entertain Doubt:
Once you’ve begun this practice, COMMIT TO IT FAITHFULLY. Make it a delightful habit. If doubts or the old reality creep up (e.g., “This isn’t real” or noticing current limitations), don’t dwell on them, just gently replace the thought with your desired story or use a firm mental command like “Cancel. I already have it!” (one of Berlay’s students would literally say “cancel” out loud to dismiss negative thoughts). Remember that any attention to lack is just planting more unwanted seeds. So, persist in the assumption that you are already the successful, wealthy, loved person you wish to be. Whenever you catch yourself reacting to 3D circumstances (“3D” meaning the current physical reality) with frustration or disbelief, pause and rehearse the preferred reality again in mind. This consistent mental discipline will keep your subconscious locked on the target.
By following these steps, you are essentially shifting your state of awareness to dwell in your desired reality. Berlay assures that once the idea is sufficiently impressed, your desire will materialize, it moves from imagination into the tangible world as soon as it has enough mental energy behind it . At that point, events will unfold (often in surprising, ingenious ways) to bring you what you imagined, because the subconscious has accepted it as true and is obliged to prove it.
consciousness · inner work · healing
you are exhausted because you have been at war with a world that was never actually attacking you
think about it for a second — when was the last time you drove somewhere without your jaw clenched?
when was the last time your phone buzzed and your stomach didn't drop a little?
when was the last time something good happened and you didn't immediately start waiting for the catch?
we live like this and call it normal
a stranger cuts you in traffic and suddenly you're furious — heart pounding, muttering under your breath, replaying it for the next ten minutes
a friend takes three hours to reply and you've already written an entire story about what it means
you lie in bed at night running through every possible thing that could go wrong tomorrow
none of it has happened yet — but your body is already living through it
this is what a nervous system that never learned it was safe looks like — it is not a personality trait, it is not who you are, it is a body that got so used to bracing that it forgot how to stop
the anger at the stranger in traffic? that was never about the traffic
it was the accumulation of every small moment you held yourself tight and said nothing — every time you swallowed something down, every time you told yourself to just be fine — and that stranger became the thing that finally tipped it
the worry about things that never happen? that is your mind trying to feel in control of a world it was taught to be afraid of - if I imagine the worst, maybe I won't be blindsided by it -
it is not pessimism, it is protection
but here is the thing nobody tells you —
You cannot protect yourself into peace. You cannot brace yourself into safety. You cannot worry yourself into a life that doesn't hurt.
all that bracing, all that clenching, all that hypervigilance - it is not keeping you safe, it is keeping you tired - it is spending your whole life guarding a door that nobody is even knocking on
— ✦ —
law of assumption says your outer world is a reflection of your inner state - and if that's true, then a person who lives in constant low-level dread is quietly, unconsciously, calling in more things to dread
not because they're broken - but because the nervous system always finds evidence for what it already believes
believe the world is unsafe? you will find proof everywhere believe people will disappoint you? they somehow always do believe nothing good lasts? watch how quickly your hands loosen around the beautiful things
the work is not to think more positively the work is to slowly, gently teach your body that it is allowed to unclench
you are allowed to drive without gripping the wheel like something is about to go wrong - you are allowed to let a slow reply just be a slow reply - you are allowed to sit in a good moment without auditing it for hidden danger
the world is not as hostile as your nervous system was trained to believe
— ✦ —
you have been a soldier in a war that ended a long time ago
it is okay to put down the armour now it is okay to let your shoulders drop it is okay to finally, actually exhale
— ✦ —
law of assumption · healing · inner work
how to calm a nervous system that has been in survival mode for so long it forgot what peace feels like
first — this is not a character flaw. this is not anxiety as a personality trait. this is a body that learned, somewhere along the way, that the world was not safe — and has been trying to protect you ever since
the problem is it never got the memo that the danger passed
so it kept the alarm on. quietly. constantly. exhaustingly.
here is how you begin to turn it off —
— ✦ —
the body first — always the body first
you cannot think your way calm when your body is in alarm mode. the mind follows the body, not the other way around
long exhales breathe in for 4 counts - breathe out for 7 or 8 the exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system - your body's built-in "you are safe" signal this is not just a vibe. it is physiology.
cold water on your face or wrists in the middle of a spiral - run cold water over your wrists or splash your face it signals directly to your brain: you are not in danger shockingly effective. embarrassingly simple.
slow movement a walk. gentle stretching. even just swaying side to side a dysregulated nervous system has stuck energy in it - movement lets it complete and release you are not being dramatic. you are discharging what your body never got to process
humming or singing softly this vibrates the vagus nerve - which runs directly through your body's calm-down pathway sounds strange. works beautifully.
— ✦ —
the daily practice — what builds safety over time
healing a hypervigilant nervous system is not one dramatic moment of breakthrough - it is a hundred small moments of choosing to register safety instead of scanning for threat
notice small safe moments — out loud, on purpose "right now I am okay. right now I am warm. right now nothing is wrong." your nervous system needs repetition to update its baseline it learned fear through repetition - it unlearns it the same way
reduce stimulation deliberately less doom scrolling. less noise. less rushing from one thing to the next a hypervigilant system is already overwhelmed - stop adding to the load quiet is not boring. quiet is medicine.
rest without guilt a dysregulated body is a depleted body sleep is not laziness. stillness is not wasted time you are not behind. you are healing.
spend time in nature trees, open sky, moving water the nervous system responds to natural environments in a way it simply does not respond to screens and fluorescent lights even twenty minutes outside can shift something real
— ✦ —
the deeper work - where the root actually is
the surface stuff helps. but lasting change usually asks you to go a little deeper
somatic therapy or trauma-informed therapy a hypervigilant nervous system almost always has a history behind it a good therapist does not just help you talk about what happened - they help your body finally finish processing what it stored this is the most effective long-term path. if it is accessible to you, it is worth it.
self-compassion — not as softness, but as strategy a harsh inner voice keeps the alarm on every time you speak to yourself with contempt - why am I like this, what is wrong with me - your nervous system reads it as another threat learning to be gentle with yourself is not weak. it is how you stop being your own source of danger.
name your triggers consciously the anger at the driver who cut you off the panic when someone takes too long to reply the dread before something good, just waiting for it to fall apart these are not random - they are patterns with roots when you know what sets you off, you stop being ambushed by your own reactions
— ✦ —
the law of assumption layer
your nervous system is also your assumption machine
it is constantly scanning the world and finding confirmation of what it already believes - believe the world is unsafe and you will collect evidence everywhere - believe people will leave and watch how you unconsciously push them away - believe nothing good lasts and feel how quickly your hands loosen around beautiful things
so as your nervous system heals and begins to learn safety - your assumptions shift too
not by force. not by repeating affirmations through gritted teeth. but because you genuinely, bodily, begin to feel like someone the world is kind to
and then the world reflects that back
— ✦ —
sit with this one — return to it when the bracing comes back —
I am safe in my body I am safe in this moment my nervous system is learning - slowly, gently - that peace is allowed to be my default I do not have to earn rest I do not have to brace for impact I am allowed to just be here
— ✦ —
healing is not linear. some days the jaw clenches again. some days the old dread comes back and sits in your chest like it never left - that is okay - you are not starting over, you are just human - and you are learning, slowly and for real, that you were never as unsafe as you were taught to believe
the armour kept you alive once you are allowed to take it off now you are allowed to be soft in a world that is softer than you think
— ✦ —

How the Law of Assumption Has Affected My Shifting Journey
I've been a shifter since 2022, and me personally I've never felt closer to my drs since I've come across the LOA.
So what is the Law of Assumption? The LOA is basically just manifesting your desire (in my case my dr) as if you already have your desire. It's basically just faking it till you make it. The LOA has reframed my shifting journey in countless ways. Over the last few months this year I have felt so so close to my drs because of the LOA.
Okay so what if I've manifested and still I'm not in my dr? Who says you're not? You already have your desire the moment you want it—but constantly telling yourself "I'm still in my CR" or "I didn't shift to my DR" will not help you. You have to trust yourself—trust yourself and your desires. Cause who is telling you that you can't shift? No one else controls your reality except YOU—you control your reality!! You already have your desire just believe in yourself and don't let petty words slip in your mind saying "don't trust yourself". Cause like as Ariana Grande says (sorry I love her too much not to put a quote from her💔) "I want it I got it."
NOW GO SHIFT!!
first piece of shifting advice for y'all I've ever written <33

NOW GO SHIFT!!
first piece of shifting advice for y'all I've ever written <33
quotes that have stood out to me from my reread of neville’s deluxe collection:
“The key to progress in life and to the fulfilment of dreams lies in ready obedience to its voice. Unhesitating obedience to its voice is an immediate assumption of the wish fulfilled. To desire a state is to have it.”
“A desire is but an awareness of something we lack.”
“You cannot continue desiring what you have already realised. Your desire is not something you labor to fulfil, it is recognising something you already possess. It is assuming the feeling of being that which you desire to be.”
“…nearness implies separation.”
“The seemingly harmless habit of “talking to yourself” is the most fruitful form of prayer.”
“When He awakes, “I am He.” God laid Himself down within me to sleep, and as He slept He dreamed a dream; He dreamed that He is I and when He awakes I am He.”
“Life on earth is a training ground for image making.”
“You must not go from state to state, but, rather, wait patiently in the one invisible state until it takes on form and becomes an objective fact.”
“You must abandon yourself mentally to your wish fulfilled in your love for that state, and in so doing, live in the new state and no more in the old state.”
quotes that have stood out to me from my reread of neville’s deluxe collection PART 2:
“The promise is definite that if you are shameless in your impudence in assuming that you already have that which your senses deny, it shall be given unto you — your desire shall be attained.”
“It is not enough to feel yourself into the state of the answered prayer; you must persist in that state.”
“Your assumption, to be effective, cannot be a single isolated act; it must be a maintained attitude of the wish fulfilled.”
“…so that you think from your wish fulfilled instead of thinking about your wish — is aided by assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled frequently. It is the frequency, not the length of time, that makes it natural. That to which you constantly return constitutes your truest self. Frequent occupancy of the feeling of the wish fulfilled is the secret of success.”
“The fact that it does not feel natural to you to be what you imagine yourself to be is the secret of your failure.”
“The essential feeling of naturalness can be achieved by persistently filling your consciousness with imagination — imagining yourself being what you want to be or having what you desire.”
“To rise to the level of any state is to automatically become that state in expression. But, in order to rise to the level that you are not now expressing, you must completely drop the consciousness with which you are now identified.”
“Until your present consciousness is dropped, you will not be able to rise to another level.”
“Close your eyes and feel yourself to be faceless, formless and without figure. Approach this stillness as though it were the easiest thing in the world to accomplish. This attitude will assure your success.”
“It is not the words that make it effective; it is the consciousness of being the thing which makes it effective.”
“If you judge after appearances, you will continue to be enslaved by the evidence of your senses.”
“Take no thought of tomorrow; tomorrow’s expressions are determined by today’s impressions.
“…time, being purely relative, should be eliminated entirely.”
“Only as one is willing to give up his present limitations and identity can he become that which he desires to be.”
“He adopts an attitude of total indifference to all suggestions that are foreign to that which he desires to express. Disciplined denial is not a fight or a struggle but total indifference.”
“Except ye be born again, you cannot in anywise enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”
“When you drop your desire in consciousness as a seed, confident that it shall appear in its full-blown potential, you have done all that is expected of you. To be worried or concerned about the manner of their unfoldment is to hold these fertile seeds in a mental grasp and, therefore, to prevent them from really maturing to full harvest.”
“To turn your attention from that which you are aware of being is to decapitate that body; but, just as a chicken or snake continues to jump and throb for a while after its head has been removed, likewise qualities and conditions appear to live for a while after your attention has been taken from them.”
“Man, having put his hand to the plough (that is, after assuming the consciousness of the quality desired), by looking back, can only defeat his fitness for the Kingdom of Heaven.”
“A defined area will not precipitate itself in the form of rain until this area reaches the point of saturation; just so the state in which you dwell will not express itself until the whole is permeated with the consciousness that it is so — it is finished.”
Metacognition‼️
Metacognition is basically the moment you stop letting your mind run wild and finally pay attention to how it behaves. Most people try to manifest their desires by forcing thoughts, forcing reactions, or pushing themselves into some flawless mental state. But if you’re not aware of the thoughts that automatically pop up, you end up working twice as hard for half the results. Metacognition cuts through that chaos. It lets you step back, almost like you’re watching your own thinking on a screen instead of being trapped inside it. Once you observe your thinking from that distance, you can instantly tell which inner dialogues support your desire and which ones drain you.
Here’s the logical part people miss: your mind runs on repetition, not truth. Whatever has been repeated the most becomes automatic. That’s why random thoughts pop up without permission. Metacognition does not stop thoughts. It exposes them. Once exposed, they stop pretending to be facts. This alone changes how fast things shift, because you stop reacting to every thought as if it deserves authority.
The funny thing is this: your mind has its own habits, and most of them formed years ago. They show up the second you think about something you want. Old doubts, old fears, old logic-they all jump forward like they own the place. Without metacognition, these mental loops run freely and you don’t even register them. But when you start watching your inner world, you catch these loops in real time. You hear the tone of the thought, not just the content. You catch the tiny hesitations that used to sneak past you. And the moment you detect them, they lose their power because they’re no longer running the show in the dark.
This is important: catching a thought does not require fixing it. The mistake most people make is trying to replace every unwanted thought instantly. That creates pressure. Metacognition skips that mistake. You simply register what showed up. Once registered, the thought no longer controls direction. It becomes data instead of a command.
This is what makes metacognition such a fast-acting tool in manifestation. You’re not forcing positivity. You’re not pretending everything is perfect. You’re simply paying attention to your inner responses the way you’d watch someone else talk. That distance gives you power. It becomes easy to redirect your mind because you’re no longer tangled in the old story. You’re standing outside it. And from that vantage point, you can replace a useless thought with a more helpful one without tension or frustration.
Another reason this works fast is because resistance drops on its own. When you stop arguing with thoughts, they lose momentum. You don’t suppress them. You don’t chase them. You just stop participating. That lack of participation is what weakens them.
Take this example: wanting a new apartment. Without metacognition, the instant you form that image, your mind might whisper, “Too pricey,” or “How would that even happen?” Normally you’d sink into those thoughts automatically and take them way too seriously. But with metacognition, you catch the thought the moment it shows up. You don’t panic. You don’t fight it. You just treat it as an old mental pattern that no longer matches where you’re headed. That simple awareness creates a surprising shift: the thought loses its authority. It becomes background noise instead of a command.
Here’s another example: money. Someone thinks about extra income and immediately hears “not realistic.” Without metacognition, that thought ends the topic. With metacognition, the thought gets labeled as repetition, not truth. Once labeled, it stops closing the door. The mind stays flexible instead of shutting down.
Once the thought loses power, a new inner tone naturally forms. You start becoming aware of the parts of the desire that feel reachable, doable, comfortable. You start seeing how your mind relaxes as soon as you stop wrestling with it. And that relaxed openness speeds up manifestation because you’re no longer dragging against your own inner direction. There’s no inner conflict. There’s just awareness guiding your thinking gently toward the version of reality you’re heading toward.
That relaxed state matters more than affirmations. When the mind is no longer defensive, it responds faster. It stops pushing back. That lack of pushback removes delay.
Over time, this turns into a quiet internal upgrade. Your mind begins responding to your desires differently. Instead of jumping to doubt, it tries to becomes manifest. Instead of replaying old fears, it starts exploring new way to manifest things. Instead of shutting down, it stays open. All of this happens because you trained yourself to watch your thinking instead of drowning in it. You didn’t force anything. You didn’t beg the cosmos. You didn’t chase outcomes. You simply learned how your inner world behaves and once you understood it, you guided it in a new direction.
This upgrade is stable because it does not rely on mood or motivation. It relies on awareness. Awareness does not disappear under stress. That’s why results become consistent instead of random.
This is why metacognition is so powerful. Fast manifestation isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about catching the mental block sooner. The quicker you catch the thought that slows you down, the quicker you dissolve it. The quicker you dissolve it, the easier it becomes to settle into the mindset that matches what you want. And the more comfortable that mindset feels, the sooner your outer world begins shifting to match it.
Speed comes from reduction, not effort. Fewer inner blocks equals faster shifts. Metacognition removes blocks at the root instead of decorating over them.
That’s the entire secret: not pressure, not perfection, but awareness.
The moment you start watching your mind, your desires start reaching you faster than they ever did before.

The world is a movie. The brain is the projector
Most people believe 3D is objective reality simply because we live in it constantly, interacting with it through our character and believing reality exists independently of us. As if, without us, reality would just keep on existing. Leaves would grow and fall from trees, cats would purr, and people would wake up early for work.
Well... almost.
What we perceive as 3D can be loosely termed "brain reality." In turn, 4D is "consciousness reality." Our brain, in essence, is just a very powerful machine that predicts the reality around us based on past experiences.
Objectivity, which implies the existence of something INDEPENDENT of a person, essentially doesn't exist. This is because the brain is ALWAYS involved in reality. Simply put, all of 3D reality exists because of it.
This isn't because your character is actually the creator/God/observer who, by a wave of a wand, decided to create a world of material things. As long as a character exists, with even a minimal set of experiences and neural connections, 3D reality will persist.
Remove the character, and its "objective" reality collapses too, because there will be no prediction.
This brings us back to Descartes' thought from "Meditations on First Philosophy." He understood that the external world is shaky and sought a foundation within:
"Just as Archimedes wanted to move the entire Earth from its place, he required only one point that was firm and immovable; so I shall have the right to entertain the highest hopes if I am fortunate enough to find just one thing that is certain and indubitable."
In our case, this single certain point is the very fact of the Observer's existence. Everything else is just a prediction. Simply put, the world isn't a set of props that exist on their own until we look at them (including living beings). The world is a movie that our brain broadcasts. And in this movie, the brain isn't the viewer, but the projector.
We don't see reality "as it is."
We only see what our past experience allows us to see. A table, a chair, the text on the screen – these aren't incoming signals; they are outgoing requests from the brain, based on what we already know.
Therefore, Descartes was right that the only thing that cannot be doubted is the one who is looking. What they see, however, is a matter of their own settings, not an objective fact.
A cheat code for manifestation/shifting: Stopping the Internal Dialogue (SID)
From here on, let’s call it SID (Stopping the Internal Dialogue). Mental diet? The observer state? Call it whatever you want. Finally, here is a detailed breakdown of a state that is way juicier than the void, where you don’t have to do a whole rain dance just to reach that desired emptiness. Though, idk, I literally enter it through jerking off. Anyway, in this post, I’m going to share different approaches to SID and observation, in the exact order of how I came to understand this concept myself.
Castaneda’s take on intent
My first real breakthrough in understanding SID came from Carlos Castaneda. He put a massive emphasis on the concept of internal dialogue. He believed that this constant inner chatter is one of the main barriers to actually perceiving the world as it is. In his view, humans are constantly talking to themselves, which is exactly what keeps our habitual, everyday perception of reality locked in place.
Castaneda argued that stopping the internal dialogue (SID) is the most critical technique an apprentice must master. Doing so allows you to break free from habitual thought patterns and perceptions (our limiting beliefs and assumptions), opening the door to entirely new levels of awareness and understanding of the universe.
According to the character Don Juan, we see the world the way we do only because we tell ourselves that’s how it is. If we stop telling ourselves the world is a certain way, it stops being that way. As Castaneda wrote, we once learned to speak by using our intent to be like everyone else around us; likewise, we must stop our internal dialogue by simply deciding to do so.
This is exactly why literally every single shifting method works—they all lock your attention onto your intent. If we are unyielding in our intent, the desired outcome absolutely has to happen. Now, Castaneda doesn't have much to do with modern manifestation on paper, but then again, it's all about how you look at it.
The Buddhist concept of the Observer
Moving on. Observation and SID are also central concepts in Buddhism. The Buddha taught that inner dialogue and reflection can be useful if they are aimed at self-discovery and developing wisdom. However, he also warned that getting too caught up in your own head and constant inner chatter can distract you from the present moment and block you from reaching inner peace.
In Buddhism, meditation plays a massive role in calming the mind and quietening this internal dialogue. The Buddha emphasized mindfulness and being fully present, which allows us to understand our thoughts and emotions without becoming a slave to them.
The ultimate goal of meditation is to clear the mind and become the observer. Every single Eastern technique (including Buddhism) boils down to one thing: close, mindful observation.
Hindu Philosophy: Purusha and Prakriti
In Hindu philosophy, reality is divided into two primary components:
• Purusha — the spiritual substance, pure consciousness, or the true "Self." This is the observer.
• Prakriti — the material substance, which includes all physical and mental phenomena. This is the observed.
The void exists as long as the observer is not observing it; the very moment observation occurs, creation happens.
The Scientific Approach: Wave-Particle Duality
Now for the scientific approach to observation. Quantum mechanics explains this beautifully through the photon (a particle of light) and the phenomenon of wave-particle duality—where a photon exhibits properties of both a particle and a wave simultaneously, until it interacts with an observer.
• The photon as a particle has the ability to transfer energy.
• The photon as a wave undergoes diffraction (like light passing through a tiny slit) and interference (when two or more waves overlap, creating areas of amplification and cancellation).
As you can see, these properties are completely different, yet a photon can manifest as either one.
Observation plays a critical role in quantum physics. When we observe a particle, we force it to manifest as either a wave or a particle. This phenomenon is known as the collapse of the wave function. In the famous double-slit experiment, electrons act like waves when they are not being observed, but they act like physical particles the moment they are being observed.
Your true state reveals itself when the unfavorable happens.
Let's say you're manifesting being wealthy. You lay down on your bed or sit somewhere comfortable, you close your eyes and you imagine yourself being rich. You visualize and affirm and you get all excited feeling like you can have everything you want. Or you scroll on pinterest creating your vision board. It all feels amazing, you get so happy knowing that you are wealthy.
And then a bill comes. Or you check your bank account and it's not enough. Someone around you starts talking about money, bills and all that jazz and you get nervous. Maybe you get a message saying you're still in debt. Your car breaks and you have to get it fixed or maybe even get a new one. What happens then? Do you hold the same knowing that you are wealthy and no matter what happens everything will be taken care of and you don't have to worry about anything? Or do you start to spiral and can't stop worrying about how you're going to overcome this? Do you come up with 300 solutions and ways you can somehow get that money and manage the situation in case you can't manifest it. Do you repeat your affirmations hoping that maybe this time it will work? Do you try every single method under the sun to manifest some money?
It is natural to react when something negative pops up in our reality. With our human bodies, come human emotions and reactions. But it's important to not let go of that faith.
It's very easy to have faith when everything is going smoothly, when you're safe and comfortable. Keeping it when something unfavorable happens is the real challenge. That's what persisting is about, assuming that you have it even when you can't see it. That's when you know you have it.
It's okay if you get anxious, if you cry and if the negative situation makes you sad. Sometimes we cry in the middle of a movie even though we know there will be a happy ending.
So please, remember that no matter how bad your situation is right now, everything will change if you persist. Don't give up no matter what you see, no matter how you react.
"Be still, and know that I am God."
Understanding Superposition Quantum Computing And Nature
Superposition quantum computing
Quantum mechanics questioned human reality since the beginning. Quantum superposition—the idea that particles can exist in several states—is one of its most exciting concepts. What was once science fantasy is now the foundation of AI, complicated simulations, secure communications, and next-generation computing.
As companies like BlueQubit develop quantum software platforms and simulators, quantum superposition is growing in science, technology, and education. The notion behind quantum computing suggests that quantum machines may be able to perform more complex jobs than classical computers.
Question: Quantum Superposition?
The ability of a quantum system to exist in multiple potential states is called quantum superposition. Classical computing only allows 0 or 1. A qubit can be 0 or 1 until measured.
Physics uses risk amplitudes and wave functions to explain this. Nature allows electrons, photons, and atoms to overlap rather than choose a stable state.
This peculiarity gives quantum computing great promise. Quantum systems may investigate numerous possibilities simultaneously, unlike traditional computers.
Schrödinger's Famous Cat: Dead and Alive The “Schrödinger’s Cat” thought experiment is a popular superposition explanation. Austrian scientist Erwin Schrödinger imagined a boxed cat with a nuclear particle coupled to a fatal mechanism. If the particle decays, the mechanism and cat tools work.
Before opening the box, the particle is decayed and non-decayed, according to quantum physics. This indicates that the cat is alive and dead until the mechanism is discovered.
Quantum mechanics can be weird and confusing at minuscule sizes, even if it was meant as a thought experiment.
Schrödinger's Equation with Superposition
The superposition principle is linked to Schrödinger's Equation, a major physics equation. It explains quantum system evolution with wave functions.
This formula allows wave state mathematical combination. Overlapping states create a superposition. The probabilities of various states determine what scientists see during measurement.
Quantum systems behave like probability waves, not solids. Measurement is needed before the system "collapses".
Quantum Computing and Probability Theory
Probability trumps certainty in quantum computing. Classical computers handle data sequentially using fixed logic gates. Quantum computers alter probabilities through interference and superposition.
One qubit can represent many options:
With more qubits, possible states expand rapidly. Two qubits can represent four states, three qubits eight. This scaling increases processing power beyond binary systems for particular applications.
Quantum systems could revolutionize artificial intelligence, drug discovery, chemistry simulations, cryptography, optimization, and logistics, according to scientists.
Quantum Superposition and Double-Slit Experiment
Superposition is still seen in the double-slit experiment, when electrons are blasted at a wall.
If scientists can see the particle's slit, it behaves normally. In the absence of observation, the particle behaves like a wave and passes through both slits simultaneously, creating an interference pattern on a screen behind them.
This experiment surprised physicists by showing that particles don't follow trajectories until measured. Be in multiple states.
Superposition and Quantum Interference
Practical quantum computing requires more than superposition. Equally important is quantum interference.
Quantum algorithms can eliminate split options and boost right responses with interference. Many experts say quantum computers don't "try all answers at once." Altering probability waves increases the likelihood of a valid measurement answer.
Quantum systems can control probability, giving them a computational edge.
How Superposition and Entanglement Work Quantum computing also emphasizes entanglement. When entangled, two qubits' states are directly connected over long distances.
Superposition provides adaptive probability states, while entanglement creates strong particle couplings. When combined, they enable complex quantum operations that conventional machines cannot.
Since stabilizing entangled qubits is one of the biggest engineering challenges in quantum computing, researchers worldwide are trying to do so.
Superposition Visualization using Bloch Sphere
Scientists often visualize qubit superposition situations with the Bloch Sphere. Qubits can be anywhere on the sphere, unlike classical bits, which are at 0 or 1.
This picture helps researchers understand how quantum gates spin qubits across probability states during processing.
Why Qubit Scales Exponentially
IT is excited about quantum computing because of exponential scaling. The machine's computational state space doubles with one qubit.
For instance:
2 qubits = 4 states
5 qubits=32 states
Qubits = 1,024 states
Over one quadrillion states = 50 qubits
This fast scalability may allow small quantum processors to outperform traditional supercomputers in specialized tasks.
IBM Quantum, Microsoft Quantum, and BlueQubit are investing heavily in software, simulation, and scalable quantum systems.
The Qubit Superposition Process
Quantum gates enable qubit superposition. One of the most popular is the Hadamard Gate, which converts classical states to balanced quantum probability states.
These operations are performed using superconducting circuits, trapped ions, photons, or neutral atoms.
Maintaining stable superposition requires highly controlled settings because external noise rapidly decoherences quantum states.
Home Superposition Experiment
Even though most people cannot create a quantum computer, internet simulators and cloud platforms allow students and developers to experiment with superposition.
Quantum software companies now offer web-based teaching tools for modeling qubits, quantum circuits, and interference effects. These platforms help beginners comprehend quantum gate probability amplitudes without expensive hardware.
Reddit and educational forums continue to simplify superposition concepts using visual comparisons like spinning coins, waves, and probability clouds.
To conclude
One of the most remarkable discoveries in modern science is quantum superposition. From Schrödinger's cat problem to quantum processors, particles' many states continue to change physics and computing.
Superposition will become more important in cybersecurity, AI, medicine, financial modeling, and science as quantum technology advances. Even while large-scale fault-tolerant quantum computers are still being developed, the foundations are transforming computation.
Being “dead and alive at the same time,” formerly thought impossible, is helping scientists create devices that can solve computer problems.

in another reality you are someone's comfort character. people say you are fake/fictional, but someone argues that you are real. they want nothing more than to shift so they could meet you. a hug from you would be soul healing. when times are tough and they don't have anybody to hug, you are the person they imagine.
you are the reason someone survived going through the depths of hell and back, just purely from the hope they get when thinking about you/ knowing that one day they can meet you. you are the reason someone keeps going. the reason someone decides not to give up.
somebody kins you. when they see you, they are reminded that they are not alone, and that someone out there understands what they are going through. someone understands what YOU are going through.
I am That (Q&A Pt.1)
Q: The self (ego-mind-body) you choose to call false is to me most distressingly real. It is the only self I know. What you call the real self is a mere concept, a way of speaking, a creature of the mind, an attractive ghost. My daily self is not a beauty, I admit, but it is my own and only self. You say I am, or have, another self. Do you see it — is it a reality to you, or do you want me to believe what you yourself don't see?
M: Don't jump to conclusions rashly. The concrete need not be the real, the conceived need not be false. Perceptions based on sensations and shaped by memory imply a perceiver, whose nature you never cared to examine. Give it your full attention, examine it with loving care and you will discover heights and depths of being which you did not dream of, engrossed as you are in your puny image of yourself.
Q: I must be in the right mood to examine myself fruitfully.
M: You must be serious, intent, truly interested. You must be full of goodwill for yourself.
Q: What am I to learn?
M: To live without self-concern. For this you must know your own true being as indomitable, fearless, ever victorious. Once you know with absolute certainty that nothing can trouble you but your own imagination, you come to disregard your desires and fears, concepts and ideas and live by truth alone.
Q: What may be the reason that some people succeed and others fail? Is it destiny or character, or just accident?
M: Nobody ever fails. It is all a matter of the rate of progress. Yet, all this is so in the mind only. As I see it, there is really nothing of the kind. In the great mirror of consciousness images arise and disappear and only memory gives them continuity. And memory is material — destructible, perishable, transient. On such flimsy foundations we build a sense of personal existence — vague, intermittent, dreamlike. This vague persuasion: 'I-am-so-and-so' obscures the changeless state of pure awareness and makes us believe that we are born to suffer and to die.
Q: What about cause and effect?
M: Each moment contains the whole of the past and creates the whole of the future.
Q: But past and future exist?
M: In the mind only. Time is in the mind, space is in the mind. The law of cause and effect is also a way of thinking. In reality all is here and now and all is one. Multiplicity and diversity are in the mind only.
Q: Still, you are in favour of relieving suffering, even through destruction of the incurably diseased body.
M: Again, you look from outside while I look from within. I do not see a sufferer, I am the sufferer. I know him from within and do what is right spontaneously and effortlessly. I follow no rules nor lay down rules. I flow with life — faithfully and irresistibly.
Q: Still you seem to be a very practical man in full control of your immediate surroundings.
M: What else do you expect me to be? A misfit?
Q: Yet you cannot help another much.
M: Surely, I can help. You too can help. Everybody can help. But the suffering is all the time recreated. Man alone can destroy in himself the roots of pain. Others can only help with the pain, but not with its cause, which is the abysmal stupidity of mankind.
