Kylie Jenner's lip look: Lips: Start by lining the #lips with Cork lip liner; then use Oak lip liner to fill in, leave centre bare and then fill in with Naked lip liner. Blend with brush, but make sure it's ombre, don't over-blend. (#MAC Cosmetics). 💄 Add #gloss for different effect.
