Im someone who has social anxiety that relies heavily on my social battery, when my battery is full I have almost no issue talking to people and rarely overthink my words and when my battery is low or empty I go quiet or almost mute and I over think every word im about to say

In this regard I've made a sort of small mental list of the issues I struggle with when my battery is low, some issues its like simply moving a small branch that was obstructing the path while others its like the equivalent of trying to uproot a tree stump with just your bare hands because it was in your way

What can one do with the tree stump? Well you could go around it but then it'd just be in the way again on your way back or you can find the tools you need to make the path easier to traverse
