Small patch with mostly bugfixes and thankfully none of my mods broke!

I'm currently working on updating an older mod which started as "let me add this tiny feature" and turned into pretty much rewriting the entire thing (as usual). I planned on putting it out before yesterday's patch but it's taking longer than I expected 😅

In the meanwhile, I fixed some tuning oversights in Influential which didn't cause any issues directly but would annoy any Better Exceptions users out there.

Just rolling out a small fix for Sim Spawn Overhaul. Previously if you used a mod that allows hiring any sim to work on your restaurant (such as Carl's Dine Out Reloaded), Sim Spawn Overhaul could cause certain employees to never show up to work.
