Dara huffed, brushing off a spare piece of shattered glass from her shirt.

"Sure, thanks." Dara gladly took the other girl’s hand, pulling herself up from the dusty floor.

"You’re lucky it didn’t jab you in your side with that bone." Allison wrapped her arm around Dara’s side, making sure she’d be able to walk herself.

"Joy, lucky me."

“      Fine. Thank you.”

"Your welcome." She smiled delightfully at the sound of what she wanted to hear.

"You need help?" She questioned, walking towards the girl, gesturing to help her up.

"I don’t know. You were talking about how Scott is cute."

"I was?"

“                                            Okay, I admit it. I just had a fight with my dad.”

"Did you just compliment me?"
