~ SHINee collection update part 3 ~ These albums I’ve been trying to get for such a long time ;A; i wanted to order these back in 2013 when I ordered my first few SHINee albums but after puzzling for days and finally deciding which albums I was going to get, they were out of stock ;A;. After multiple attempts in the following years I gave up. Ver A i was able to order via Ktown4u but ver B was sold out everywhere. 💿Super Junior - Play (One More Chance and Black Suit ver) 💿 I got these a few weeks ago already but forgot to post it. I absolutely love these albums; the pictures are gorgeous, the songs are amazing and I love the design. Sadly I did not get Yesung for any of the cards or for the CD plate. I might have try to get Yesung later but for now I’m quite happy with my pull. I also bought the album on iTunes the day it was released because I’m obsessed with One More Chance. I did a small group order with Dear Friends International (sister of International Starlight Squad) for Gugudan Act 2 'Narcissus' Mwave Meet & Greet. Got quite lucky with the pulls; got most buyer's top 3 picks but sadly there were some damaged cards :( The album itself is gorgeous and I love the placement of the signs. The Yesung 'Spring Falling' albums and poster that I ordered from @ktown4u arrived today!! They are so pretty and all songs are amazing 😍. Negative review for aTAEKtion ‘Crush On You’ EU Group Order by Pia Kwittek / @_Hoonmin_

Short summary: @jungleo spent almost $100 to get the fansite goods from Pia Kwittek / @_Hoonmin_ and never received them. Pia neglected to give any updates regarding the order, and even deleted all tweets about the group order. Pia asked @jungleo to wait for over 6 weeks for goods to arrive from Germany to Netherlands (sent via EMS) but never gave any proof of shipment or tracking number. Pia rarely responds to messages and since payment had to be made via Friends & Family the money is now lost. So avoid her at all costs.

I would like to leave negative feedback for Pia Kwittek @_Hoonmin_ about the aTAEKtion CRUSH ON YOU goods group order. 1 September I ordered the complete set of aTAEKtion goods at $75 with her via Twitter, and paid that same day. The goods were in celebration of VIXX Leo's birthday on 14 November 2016. 2 October 2016 I temporarily moved to England, and had to change address. I informed Pia about this via Twitter DM and @ mentioned that I had messaged her. Please note that she has not contacted me about the EMS fee afterwards. We did have pleasant conversation via DM 11 November and then I contacted her again in regards to the goods, asking for an update as she had been quiet about the group order and had removed all tweets regarding the group order from her Twitter. We stopped talking for a few days until I mentioned her again, telling her that I was leaving England. I did this via kkt and DM. I also kkt'ed her my new address. When I went to England, I was supposed to stay for an entire year, hence why I had to change address a few times within a short period of time. Mind that the goods had not arrived at Pia's place nor been shipped at this time. Thus, Pia had only needed to make note of the change in address, as she said she would previously. There has been no contact from her side, and I grew increasingly worried. I contacted her again several times via @ mentions. I had given up on contact via kkt as after the initial contact on 30 November, she hadn't replied via kkt (but did see the messages, as they appeared as 'seen'). She responded once.

In February (a month later), I contacted her again about the goods, and she responded that aTAEKtion had sent them out. On 6 March 2017, I received an email in which she said she had shipped out the goods (before confirming address or telling me the EMS fee), and required me to pay, which I did. She never provided any proof of shipment such as a receipt. It usually takes 2-3 days for goods from Germany to arrive in the Netherlands. On 25 March, I sent an email inquiring about the shipment. She did not respond, so, thinking the email might have gotten lost, sent another one to which she responded. Email correspondence ensued, in which Pia admitted to being surprised that she hadn't asked for address confirmation nor let me know EMS fees, and said she would check her emails. She never came back to me about that. She did mention that she would head down to the post office soon. I was getting a little frustrated with the lack of care and professional attitude from Pia, and contacted her about whether the post office had been able to provide more information about the shipment and what possibly could have gone wrong. She replied to my email on 6 April, saying that I was meant to wait and that another person had emailed her saying that they had waited 5 weeks for the goods to arrive. However, Pia never provided any proof of that so I cannot be sure whether she made that up to get me off her back. In any case, I responded that I would wait. On 18 April (6.5 weeks after Pia supposedly shipped the goods), I sent another email to which she has yet to respond. All this time, I have been in contact with the family I had been staying with in England, in case Pia shipped the goods to their address but they have let me know that no package has arrived for me. I had also contacted aTAEKtion via DM on 26 and 30 March 2017, telling them about my issue and they confirmed my story but haven't gotten back to me on this.

For someone who supposedly has been doing group orders for a long time (for several fandoms), I would have expected a more professional attitude and proper administration. It seems to me that she has failed to keep note of the information her customers provided her (I was technically a customer as I was ordering via her), and kept giving excuses of being tired and busy. She failed to update me on the state of my order (not privately nor publicly via her Twitter) and did not give me any information about shipment until she had already sent out the package. Furthermore, she is constantly on Twitter, which makes me feel as if she deliberately ignored my mentions and messages - as I suspect she has done on kkt as well. I feel scammed. I spent close to $100 and have yet to receive my goods. Because Pia insisted that people pay F&F, I can not open a dispute via Paypal either and I doubt I will ever be refunded. My advice would be to steer as far away from this person as possible when you want to order via group order. It's not worth it.

Bought this FTISLAND 'Return' album from a lovely seller called Xiahans on Carousell. She shipped out the album really fast and packaged it safely. The album arrived in perfect condition and came with a cute note (look how small and neat that handwriting is!). Now I only need 7 more FTI albums~
