“Oh no! Well, maybe it won’t be that big of a deal. You could try and hand it in tomorrow? I’m sure the teacher would understand.”

That’s fair. Don’t worry! We can still party with the best of them- costume or no costume!

“There’s a lot of fun. I just don’t have the time to make a costume this year.”

“I didn’t mean to snap at you… I’m really fine. Thanks for the concern.”

“It’s alright. It doesn’t look that bad, at least.”

“I was thinking about it.”

“What are you planning on going as, then?”

Oh but it’s so much fun! Maybe we could do one of those ridiculous couple’s costumes. Or you don’t have to and I’ll just get dressed up enough for both of us!

I know it’s fun, but I haven’t even thought about it at all, and Halloween is coming right up. I haven’t got any time.
