You hear a knock at your fucking door

..I feel like...,., this is payback somehow....?

Saddler was making himself a cup of tea when he heard the knock at the door. Assuming it was one of his cultists to bring him news, he set the cup down on the counter nearby, pulled his hood back up over his head, and went to answer it.

As soon as he opened the door, he was met with a tall figure. The visitor was around 6'5 in hight. The figure was wearing layers of rags in various shades of faded green and black, and he would've assumed them to be a peasant of some kind if it weren't for the gems embedded in the soft fabric.

Dark clawed hands were clasped together in front of them. When Saddler looked up to see their face, there was nothing but a deep, circular void of teeth fading into their skull. And they had large green and black horns on either side of their head.

Ahem, hello, Saddler. My name is regina roggs, and I would like to speak with you, if you don't mind.

Her voice was that of a kind, patient mother's.

Saddlers eyes widened, he was actually shocked for a second. He looked behind her to see 4 of his own cultists, they must've escorted her here. She didn't seem aggressive. ...yet.

"Ah.. yes. You'd like to speak with me? Right this way."

He led her to a fancy table across the room near a window, the cultist entered the room and stood guard in case she tried anything, two of them in red robes. He sat down in the chair across from her, his knees disagreeing with him as he did. He waved a hand, signaling a cultist to bring him his tea. After he took a sip, he cleared his throat.

"Regina you said was your name? I think I've heard of you. What is it that you wish to discuss?"

Queen plagas

Las plagas can't reproduce on their own. Instead, there is one large plaga located in one of Salazar's castles called The Queen Plaga. It produces eggs asexually, on rare occasions being able to produce fully grown plagas if it senses danger. Ramón Salazar was tasked with protecting it and failed miserably, making a foolish decision to fuse himself with it in an attempt to defeat Leon kennedy, which got him killed.

(NOT CANON) Since then, Osmund Saddler has fought tooth and nail to create a new Queen plaga so that Las plagas doesn't go fucking extinct. It is still an ongoing issue.

Osmund Saddler

Osmund Saddler is a descendant of Adam Saddler, the founder of Los Illuminados. he managed to get a mutated version of las plagas, along with his staff likely from the queen plaga.

Saddler took the role of a prophet and manipulated the young Ramón Salazar into joining his cult, infecting him with the Plagas to gain control over him and his people. Long ago, the salazar family had nearly destroyed Los Illuminados by executing members of the cult and sealing away las plagas beneath the castle. To "atone for his ancestors' sins," salazar released las plagas from underground, allowing it to infect everyone.

With new resources at his disposal, Saddler focused on researching las plagas to create new variants and make himself more powerful.

He sent Jack Krauser to kidnap the president's daughter, intending to infect her with the plagas and send her back after a hostage negotiation to Infect the president as well, effectively taking control of the United States government.

Osmund Saddler can mutate extra limbs at will and control other hosts of las plagas through very high-pitched sounds, as well as induce excruciating pain to anyone who disobeys him.

(NOT CANON) he can give commands telepathically and see and hear through every single plagas with the help of his staff. If a host is in danger or in the hands of enemies, Saddler can force a seizure onto said plagas host to keep them from sharing classified information. After a troublesome teenager broke Saddlers staff, he temporarily lost control of his cult and most of Las plagas, only being able to command them from short distances. he had to retreat back to Spain to get a new one. Then a pain in the ass doctor broke it again. He had to return to Spain AGAIN, and this time, he retrieved an amulet that was a lot harder to break or steal.
