I got rejected for a job today. I have been in this team for 8 years. I am a senior staff, i work hard and they chose a new guy to promote, sayubg i am too emotional based on a feedback of a guy who would call me a negative person even before he started working with me. I feel so heartbroken. I cant leave because i work in aviation in the middle East. If I resign I need to leave the country and I have a relationship here. I have only worked for aviation, if I leave aviation, it's the middle East, no other airline operates here. I feel so stuck and beyond depressed and demotivated. #mylife #struggles #toxicworkplace
