I can't believe Monk is canonically the type of guy to make TRUDY his email password. not even TRUDY1. just TRUDY

since we didn't see a proper reconciliation for leland and adrian after 'the bad girlfriend' i'm doomed with the thought of adrian being unconsciously more jumpy around the captain, more watchful and reserved. avoiding contact out of instinct (and bitterness as well). because yes, of course, monk is used to being manhandled: school, college, the early days in the force. however, with leland (especially by this season) he's naturally less tense. stottlemeyer is—always has been, really—a safe place. so when he shoves him around and says all the things adrian has kept buried, it's a treason to everything leland represents for adrian. they're both so deeply hurt and afraid i'd give anything to see them work things out!! PROPERLY!!!!
