Yooooo let’s go!! I get to yap about dragons yeeeeeees!! I’m a bit late to answer this, my apologies!

So, I’m gonna talk about my top five dragon designs, yay :D

Grima - Fire Emblem Awakening

The big bad of FE:A, the fell dragon himself! And he lives up to the name because, LOOK AT THAT! He’s terrifying! He fills up the entire sky, and kinda looks like a biblically accurate angel! He’s an unholy amalgamation made by a mad alchemist who combined the blood of a Divine Dragon with, who knows what, to create this.

I think his design is great! It’s a bit different from the other dragons in this list, but I really like how intimidating it is! Works as a great final boss for the game I think :D

Mudwings - Wings of Fire

So I read the Wings of Fire books when I was younger and I was OBSESSED lol. It’s actually the series that got me interested in dragons as a whole! I love the all different dragon and how each tribe is designed for the environments they live in, is sooooo cool!

That being said, for some reason, Mudwings have always been my favorite and I have no idea why XD. They don’t have any extra abilities or flashy design elements like many of the others. Rainwings color changing scales, Sandwings scorpion tails, Seawings bioluminescent scales, and Icewings ice breath. And Nightwings have the possibility of being born with mind reading and/or future seeing abilities. Skywings and Mudwings seem almost a bit plain in comparison, but I don’t think that’s bad!

I think what I like about Mudwings is their colors and build. It could also possibly be a bit of bias since I read the first book over and over and over again for years XD. But yeah, love Mudwings they’re really cool :D

Deadly Nadder - How to Train Your Dragon

The Httyd series has a ton of amazing dragon designs, and I like a lot of them! Deadly Nadder is definitely my top five though!

I love its bird like characteristics, and the tail that shoots spines is so cool! I love the colors that Stormfly has, blue white and yellow, but the varied colors they can have are very nice, and it reminds me of different kinds of Parrots! I do believe that was the intention though, so that makes sense XD

Koriadon - Pokèmon

Yes I am including Dragon type Pokèmon in this list you can’t stop me /silly lol

Anyways, if you know my blog you probably already know I love Koriadon’s design lol. It’s an ancient dragon who has a throat pouch that inflates to look like a motorcycle wheel, is that not awesome or what?!? I know some people think it looks derpy, but I much prefer it to just, an actual motorcycle that just happens to looks kinda like a lizard. ( No hate to Miradaon! It’s a good design too, I just personally prefer the more animalistic Pokémon to the robot ones! )

I like dragons with feather and scales, and Koriadon also draws a lot of inspiration from dinosaurs as well! Makes sense, considering it’s from the ancient past lol

Rumblehorn - How to train your dragon

Yep another Httyd dragon lol, but I adore the Rumblehorn desgin!!! It’s my favorite in the franchise! I love how it’s inspired by the rhinoceros beetle, and I just really like its bug like appearance! It’s heavy armor like exterior is also really cool, and I think it’s pretty neat how it has a great sense of smell, able to track down pretty much anyone. Funny that my two Httyd faves are both tracker class dragons XD

Like the Deadly Nadder, Rumblehorns have a lot of different colors, but I really like Skullcrushers colors of green, yellow and red.

Y’know I should really try drawing rumblehorns sometime that would be fun :D

Aaaaand that’s it! For now at least, I’ll probably get more favorites as time goes on. I just love dragons lol

5. Greedent

I love that most of Arven’s team are all food themed pokemon, but Greedent itself isn’t directly food themed. So I have to take points off for that, sorry Greedent! I love you still <3

4. Toedscruel

Mushroom and squid themed! Pretty neat that it references two kinds of food, so extra pints there!

3. Garganacl

I didn’t care much for Garganacl organically but it’s really grown on me as a desgin! Also salt themed which is cool :D

2. Scovillian

Scovillian is just really cool lol. Probably my favorite design of all of them. Spicy pepper themed!

1. Mabosstiff

I mean cmon, it’s Mabosstiff! Though it’s technically not food themed, Arven’s emotional connection to his little buddy and his importantance to his story makes it number one in my book lol

Sorry Cloyster for not making the list… but I prefer the others lol

Ooooooh this is a tough one, I love a lot of characters, but I do have a few I can name as my favs right away!

5. Dehya, Genshin Impact

Dehya’s my favorite Genshin character, and always has a spot on my my team lol. Tbh I haven’t played Genshin in…. Uuuuuh I think almost a year now, cause I’ve been so busy unfortunately. But I still think she’s super cool, and she punches people as her Ult which is awesome lol :D

4. Sena, Xenoblade 3

The entire Xenoblade 3 cast is amazing but I liked Sena’s character the most! Her arc was more subtle than the others, and I do have some nitpicks about how it was handled, but I really resonated with her story, how despite her strength and hard work, she always felt like she was never enough. I have certainly dealt with feelings like that in the past, and I really resonated with her character that way. I also love her design and I think she’s a really fun character in general!Fire hair is one of my favorite character design traits lol.

3. Pearl, Splatoon

I love Splatoon with all my heart, and Off the Hook is my current favorite out of the three idol groups. I actually wasn’t sure whether to put Pearl or Marina here because I love them both, but I decided on Pearl, because man she’s cool XD I love her style, I love her design, I love her singing, and I love her and Marina’s banter. She beat the main villian of Octo Expansion by yelling really really loud at him, is that not just the coolest thing ever lol. Basically, she’s really cool :D

2. Nemona, Pokèmon SV

Aight everyone saw this coming, right? XD

I have literally never related more to a character in my life than Nemona. From her wants to share her passion with everyone she meets, and her desire to befriend someone who won’t avoid her because of her passion, she such a fun and interesting character to me that I relate to so much. Of course, I’m preeeeeetty sure most people who know me know this already XD

1. Lucina, Fire Emblem: Awakening

Lucina has always been my favorite character of all time. It’s partially due to things happening in my own life at the time that made her such a compelling character to me. She holds a very special place in my heart, and means a lot to me. I also think she’s just a very endearing character overall, and her backstory and relationship with her father, Chrom, always tugs at my heartstrings afarfsrhcdytewsdwda-

Ok ok, I will start with five and work my way up to the best one :D oh also I don’t play Splatoon competitively and know nothing about the Meta so this is all just my personal preference XD

5. Octobrush Nouveau, Splatoon 2 Variant

While I don’t play too much Octobrush anymore, when I did I would always play Octobrush Nouveau, cause it had Beakons, which is one of my favorite subs, and also tenta missiles lol

4. Carbon Roller Deco, Splatoon 2 Variant

I had three main weapons I played in Splatoon two, and Carbon Roller Deco was one of them! I prefer the Splatoon 2 variant because I like the autobomb launcher lol

3. Octo Shot Replica, Splatoon 3 variant

Octo shot replica is already my favorite of the Splattershot weapons, and it was one of my mains in Splatoon two, BUT the Splatoon 3 variant wins out for me personally because I prefer Triple Inkstrike to inkjet personally

2. Dark Tetra Dualies, Splatoon 3 variant

Ok you probably can see a pattern with my weapon choice rn XD. I like fast weapons with good mobility and good for splatting up close. Where Tetra are kinda slow for Dualies, they make up for with having the ability to dodge roll four times. And also REEF SLIDER MY BELOVED!!!

1. Enperry Splat Dualies, Splatoon 3 variant

Yeah! I DID put two kinds of Dualies on my list! What are you gonna do about it huh?!? >:3 /silly

Anyways, Enperry Splat Dualies have Triple Splashdown in Splatoon 3, which is the second best special other than Reefslider, lol. ALSO, in the canon, Enperry the company is owned by Pearl’s family, so that automatically makes it the coolest XD
