PLEASE REBLOG AND GET TAYLOR TO PHOEBE ❤️ This is my friend Phoebe, she’s 22 and has Cystic Fibrosis. She’s absolutely the biggest Taylor fan I know and has left hospital on multiple occasions to go to her concerts, despite how breathless or sick she is. Recently she made the heartbreaking decision to start palliative care to enjoy the time she has left in comfort. Her body has become weaker and is unable to support treatments, and she is ineligible for a lung transplant. She’s an incredibly strong and brave girl who has overcome every single obstacle that has been thrown her way with such strength and I admire her so much. She said she is so happy and content with everything she has managed to accomplish in her life, and hopes to tick a few more things off her bucket list. Let’s start with getting Taylor to Phoebe. #GetTaylorToPhoebe
