Ice cold freezing rain overnight has left a very pretty sight this morning. But the freezing cold also caused the trees to expand, splitting them and causing all the small branches on the tops to fall down. Almost forgot this apartment complex had a gym, with everything going on the past few weeks (months even). I've not had many chances to take care of myself, in terms of keeping in shape. It's been nearly three weeks since I got married, my suit fitted nicely on the day and the photos came out great but sometimes you look at yourself and think you 'can' look better. It's always been a target of mine to lose quite a bit of my weight, not only to be fitter and healthier, but to also take care of parts of my body which aren't at their best. Even at 27, my right knee isn't 100%, I do sometimes I get issues but I believe losing weight will go a long way to make this easier to deal with. While adjusting to life in a new country and a long wait until I can apply for jobs, gotta get that green card sorted. Now is the perfect time to put myself on the right track.
