More Mutation AU things.

First, Leon calling Luis when he collapses on the stairs in RE9... I feel like they made an arrangement before this that Leon would only call if he was CERTAIN that he would not live to see Luis again. They knew the risk of this was higher than ever before; Leon went in with a prognosis of 72 hours to live, give or take, by the start of the game, much less by the time he is heading to Raccoon City.

He almost considered NOT calling, but Luis made him promise. No matter how upsetting and awful that call will be, it might kill Luis to lose him without a chance to talk one last time. Neither of them hangs up when Leon loses consciousness, though, so he overhears Grace showing up. It's still not good odds, but losing Leon is less final, now.

Next, Krauser skewering Leon is why Luis has to interfere in the first place, but Leon and Luis can have mirror-matched scars since it goes all the way through... Still, Leon collapses after finishing the fight and Luis is terrified he's going to bleed out. Thankfully, his regen factor keeps him alive.

Finally, just have Luis making bedroom eyes at an offscreen Leon.
