I had to go into another part of town to stores I never visit because reasons so I stopped by a couple extra places. At 4rd3n3’s I just slipped everything into a shopping bag I got while at another store and walked out. Did the same thing at $t4rbucks. Looked at the water bottles after getting my drink. It got real busy suddenly, which blocked me from baristas and the cam so I slipped that bad boy in my bag and then walked out. The wallet I hid inside a purse I purchased. And grocery store stuff was the usual “place inside reusable cloth bag then purchase a $1 item and leave” trick. It was real interesting doing an actual haul and taking stuff that’s not from just the grocery store. My only regret is not snatching more socks and/or another pair of pants from 4rd3n3’s.

So I have a huge mental list of employees at my Sephora, and I named all of them different code names and stuff. All of them are pretty chill, BUT 1 is a totally pain in the ass. I introduce you to caterpillar. Caterpillar literally had thick ass falsies, and the glue was coming undone when she approached me for the first time.
“Need help finding anything?”
“Oh just looking around(for your qualifications for being an SA at a makeup store when you can’t even apply falsies)”
Second time same trip, there was a teen next to me this time,
“Need help finding anything, girls?” this time her left falsie was legit blocking her pupil at this point,
“Yeah where’s the Too Faced section” other girl says. Caterpillar gestures and smiles at me so creepily I was like hell no. When she came around a third time, just watching me, I was like fuck this and walked out. Literally the only employee who cares in my Sephora doesn’t even know what eyelash glue is smh. I’ll see her this weekend, (I’m lifting a present for my friend) Love you🐛

I was wondering what kind of magnet you would use to remove gator tags? I used to know but I cannot think of it for the life of me ;;
a.. golf detacher?? I don’t know what you’re thinking of to be totally honest. I’ve heard they can only be removed by force, but someone did once mention to me something along those lines. the things they used at the register are built into the table so I don’t think they’re magnets. anyone else know?
you’re right - gator tags can only be removed by force. magnets don’t work on them since they don’t have a magnetic pin locking system
however, golf detachers are the best magnets to use against pencil and ink tags😊😊
Just FYI if you thank employees on the way out unless they've actually been helping you the whole time, it's a red flag and pretty much tells them you've stolen something. Like every time a customer at my job did this, my manager knew and would pursue them and every time she was right. Customers just don't do that unless they're trying to act casual. Also don't awkwardly say goodbye. Normal is just leaving the store, if a sa says something acknowledge it.

Okay. So. Aparentally, there’s a lot of lifters where I live (not even surprised) and I just saw one get caught. The poor girl was about to snatch some palettes when an LP noticed. And she got caught. I was just walking into the store when that happened so there was no shit I could do about it. Be careful guys.. The LPs are stepping up their game. And also.. I was never caught. Ever. Hope it stays that way. Remember to conceal like a pro so ur shit won’t fall out.
