it still happens to me a now but it's a lot less frequent and i can usually shut it down in half an hour. but just. it's weird to see how i used to just let this type of thinking ran all the time. during school, at home, during dinner. i actually lost fucking sleep bc of how bad it was. like there were nights where i couldn't sleep bc i was so preocpied with daydreaming.
i barely remember what i was doing when i was daydreaming. like i know where i was like, vaugely at dinner. or just in the living room (our dinner table at the time was super close to the living room)
