(really happy how the searneedle wand came out both times!!)

I have a lot of weird and bad feelings rn but ultimately the thing I can say most succinctly is that art without humanity isn’t art. And the struggle of writing, smoothing over road blocks, filling in plot holes, fiddling with the sentences you can’t quite nail have always been the point. That. Not the shiny product and kudos at the end. The process is the point. The love you have for the characters and the craft is the point! Without it, why are we even here?

I also need to make a tube thingy for the top since the fake leather is also dying bit by bit.

The fabric inside is to 1. Avoid any black plastic bit to get on my ears once it starts to break down (because it will) and 2. Catch most of the sweat/suncream when I put my headphones on because yes you have to put suncream on your ears and yes I've already had sunburnt on the top of my ears (and it's not fun when you can only sleep on the side).
