Thor is his brother, his big brother, he can't be Hela's brother, Thor is his and his alone.

If there's one thing in this world that's his by right its Thor! She can't just take that from him by existing, how dare she?!

And its made even worse that Loki's adopted and Thor and Hela are half siblings because it legitimizes her in a way he isn't. In his eyes Thor can deny their ties and disown him at a moments whim but Thor could never deny his blood relation to Hela.

So once Thor finds out why Loki's being so possessive and territorial and sulky lately he bends Loki over and fucks him raw until there's no doubt hes carrying thors child, leaving Loki with something Hela could never have and tieing Loki to him in a different more permanent way. Because he'll never see Hela again but he'll be by Lokis side for the rest of their life's raising their children together.
