Do I have PTSD or autism

couldn’t get an autism diagnosis as a child because I showed signs of ptsd, but also wasn’t diagnosed with ptsd despite going through several years long traumatic events until 15

Like I was highk neglected and potentially physically abused? (Don’t remember it properly enough to actually confirm but my sister definitely was) also being bullied by family, in poverty around strangers that sexually assaulted and gave their kids drugs…

I witnessed domestic, financial and emotional abuse for YEARS and that was bad enough it left the two other people that went through it with personality disorders.

And now I’m left with a ton of weird symptoms that I don’t know are truly connected with the trauma, or if they’re just innate to my being as a whole, and the fact I was just easy to ignore and forget about I guess…

I can’t even entertain the idea of asking to make an appointment to see if I have either of them, because a ptsd or potentially an autism diagnosis would get in the way of getting a gender incongruous diagnosis in the future.
