I’m on chapter 23 right now and I honestly can’t remember the last time a fic had me so “what’s going to happen” it’s a very unique take on the characters but still reads so much like one of the games that you’re still confused like 50% of the time. I have a feeling I know what the ending’s gonna be but I could be surprised

So there’s this really great fanfic called I’d Trade My Life For Yours where Shuichi covers for Kaede and gets voted as the culprit of the first case. This comic is the scene where he is then horribly executed and dies a painful death.

It’s a really good fic, and if you haven’t checked it out already, I highly recommend it! There are full game spoilers throughout the story and in the comments, so only read it if you’ve beaten the entire game. This scene in particular got to me (it helps that Shuichi’s my favorite DRV3 character), and I wanted to practice comic-ing out an action scene, so win-win!
