Caine's design for Codeborne AU, by @hrhowling. It's an upcoming choose-your-own-adventure style story that takes place after episode 9, when the remaining humans have long since abstracted, leaving a grief-stricken Caine to reign over a broken circus overrun by viruses and corrupted NPCs

...Until the abstracted begin to come back, one-by-one. Too bad fighting the viruses for so long has convinced Caine that de-abstraction is impossible, making him yet another constant threat to those who have returned. Perhaps the most recent human to return, a certain red-robed, queen chess piece, will be the one to return light to a digital realm that has long since plunged into darkness...

I never really got to finish this it was another silent comic just something to brush out scratch's lore in Abstraction Pending but I remember finishing quite a few panels which would've been maybe a little over half of what i was going to do so I'm just going to show them here for now to not go to waste.

All of these are in chronological order but there's maybe 1 or two panels missing to which i haven't actually drawn yet

this panel was supposed to show scratch here also but couldnt think of a proper pose to do so i left it blank for the longest time but i really liked the angle I drew for the computer

really liked this one alot, just trying out a rendering for the teapot he made

and this one was just testing readability in the details of his decaying avatar (tbh looking at it now the orange read alot better but at the time i was still thinking about it)

could you draw Pomni and Transfem Jax having a date?

Funny story also, the day I got this request I was like oh interesting a chance to get to draw transfem jax! So like I tried making a bunch of outfits kinda overdoing what I originally planned. Then the next morning I just tried something simple for her. So this drawing is basically her going to pomni after going through something similar in this case getting ready for their date but pomni doesn't mind the simplicity of the outfit and thinks she still looks pretty in her dress!
