Collycee's Ghost-type gym leader is a freshman who drowned in the college town's lake. She actually dual-types into water, she was a water-type trainer when they're alive (part of why they were in the lake to begin with). There hasn't been a water-type specialist since she claimed a gym spot bc everyone just notice her typing and avoid it out of either fear or respect. They themself is unaware of this and just thought the rest of the region sucks at training water-types

Her aces are a Spiritomb (it was there before her, she’s more its warden than anything) and a Huge Power Azumarill (last original member of their team)
