She deals with a disease that no one can see. A butterfly shaped gland ruined her life with the help of the pearls on her ovaries. When she found out, her knees went weak, the weather outside seemed so bleak. The stories she read of all the pain others endured insured a lifetime full of time spent indoors doubled over in physical and mental pain thanks to the chemicals inside her body and brain. Her hormones going crazy but not because of her age. She was sick and full of rage, not at God but at herself for all the inconvenience she caused everyone else. The probability of her bearing children is low. And because of that her self-loath began to grow. In her mind she doesn’t amount to anything. She is doubtful she will receive a wedding ring. But as she reads her bible and reads the scripture, she is reminded that she is a beautiful creature created by God without any flaw. She learns not to overdraw her illness and began to accept her tragic flaw.
