Life Update

Soooo… It’s been 9 months. Sorry to have disappeared on you all. I just wanted to pop in and let you know I’m still here. Life has just been a bit crazy this year and it’s only getting crazier. For those who are curious, I have a happy, healthy, five month old son that I love to bits. My husband and I also bought our first home; It’s a bit of a fixer-upper, so it’s keeping us busy.

I do have a few builds that are pretty much finished; I just need to play test them and take some screenshots. Unfortunately I don’t have much time for Sims at the moment, but I will try to get that done sometime soon.

Life Update

I don’t generally post about my life online, but I’ve been pretty absent from Tumblr and wanted to let you in on the reasons why...

My husband and I are expecting our first child and the first trimester, combined with a flareup of an existing condition, completely knocked me on my ass. I’m now about halfway through the pregnancy and starting to feel more like myself, which means more time for simming.

The pre-University patch completely broke my game. I was experiencing game breaking glitches and crashes every 5-10 minutes which made the game completely unplayable. I thought at one point that the issue had resolved itself, but then a couple days later the crashing started up again. However, I think I may have actually fixed the problem for good. My game is still a little laggy, but I haven’t experienced any crashes in over two weeks. So - fingers crossed - I may have some new builds for you soon!

Simblreen 2019

Hi all! Just wanted to make a quick post to let you know I’ll be participating in Simblreen for the first time ever!

My porch light will be on starting 7pm EST each night of Simblreen weekend and will remain on until I go to bed (likely around midnight). I will post to let you know when my porch light is on/off.

When my porch light is on, you can trick or treat my blog by sending me an ask off anon. I’ll reply privately with a link to the gift.

I have three gifts to hand out, so I’ll be handing out one gift each day. No tricks here! Only treats!

Thank you so much! The other common rooms are definitely on my list of things I want to build, but I can’t make any promises that they’ll actually happen or will happen soon. I have a tendency to start builds, then stop, then pick them up again months later.
