talk about a dream / try to make it real

in less than two weeks I read Game Changer, Heated Rivalry, and The Long Game. it was nice to read a book in only a couple days. lately I have been reading non-fiction, and in audiobook format due to eye pain, but these I was able to read as ebooks. my library + Hoopla coming through, no waiting on holds. good stuff.

there are many, many things I can say about living with chronic migraine and other chronic pain. I’ve had over a decade of practice, having almost no pain-free days. but the main thing bothering me lately is “I never have energy to put toward working on my craft.” writing, songwriting, practicing my instruments, etc.

it wasn’t until I was watching S2 episode 7 last night that I really laughed at the “who loves lens flares this much” discourse about Daredevil: Born Again.
