OKAY, I really have to gather my thoughts and write a comprehensive review about this drama, or the withdrawal symptoms would come back to haunt me. I don’t think I would be able to put it into words on how amazing this show is, it managed to set a benchmark so high that not many dramas would be able to capture my heart like how It’s Okay, It’s Love did. A drama that is spared of evil second leads, rich chaebols, ugly hairstyles, dramatic turn of events (amnesia, anyone?) and most importantly DEATH (thank goodness for that!). Every character is flawed in their own unique ways. I’m glad that this drama managed to shed some light on mental illness, because needless to say it’s such a taboo subject that’s rarely discussed in the majority of Asian countries. We all have that little demonic thoughts buried deep within us that would explode if they are not controlled (at least I know I do! D: ) I applaud the writers for creating such refreshing characters that we all could somewhat relate. Working in a hospital-environment, I guess this is part of life lessons as well. I’ll definitely try overcome my immediate fear of patients on medications eg. amitryptiline, olanzapine, clozapine. In fact they are all just like us. (: Oh wow, I cannot believe that a korean drama is able to semi-change my perception in life. Some shows aren’t all bimbotic as you think they may be! 

Everyone should really give this show a chance, it has the perfect blend of melodrama and rom-com, amazing cinematography and camera angles; and I will never be able to stop singing praises for the two main leads; Jo In-Sung and Gong Hyo-Jin. There’s no secret that GHJ is my favorite female kdrama actress, so much soul in her acting! I’d always end up bawling with her *sniff oh heart*. Don’t get me started on the bromance egawd. And the official soundtrack is probably the best thing I’ve heard in korea-land in a while. I love how the OST is broken down in two parts, kpop and, plain awesome english music. I definitely enjoyed both just as much! ❤
