The Supreme Court has decided NOT to hear any cases involving the election. Every avenue for Trump to overturn the election is being systematically shut down. I really do not see a reasonable chance for him to overturn the election. The computer is also showing absolute total political chaos come 2022. We should expect AOC to get vocal against Biden and demand that her Squad is allowed to put her agenda into action. Nobody really believes Biden won in DC. With all the allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 election, President Trump’s executive order on foreign interference was issued in 2018. What goes around comes around as they say. The Nov. 3 election, can now be halted by the end of this week for that September 2018 Executive Order says “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.” Consequently, with all the probable cause that has surfaced, Trump CAN invoke the executive order and probably has done so already. Arizona’s Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Linda Brickman has alleged that Dominion Voting Systems’ machines allowed for votes to be switched. The Supreme Court has rejected the Texas lawsuit which virtually ensures that Biden will be president. There is just so much at stake that with all the world against Trump, there is no way they can allow him to remain in control. Since our computer has highlighted both the weeks of 12/21 and then 01/4 which are the Electoral College and then the Georgia run-off, the powers that be want Trump gone. A total of 106 House Republicans, out of 196, joined in support of Texas’ lawsuit. At least 16 other red states had supported Texas’ lawsuit. This in itself confirms that nearly 50% of the Republicans are still against Trump. I know how Washington works. Trump has never been one of them and they never want an outside messing with their thiefdom. The Cboe Volatility Index (VIX) spiked to its highest level in nearly half a year on Wednesday, reflecting a trifecta of investor worries: next week’s U.S. elections, a lack of fresh relief measures and a third wave of coronavirus cases around the world. While the VIX fell back to 38 today, market volatility is alive and well. The $1.2 billion iPath Series B S&P 500 VIX Short Term Futures ETN (VXX), which tracks VIX futures, is now up 83.4% for the year, while the $1.4 billion ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXY), which leverages its VIX futures exposure by 1.5x, is up 79.5% in the same period. YTD Returns For VXX & UVXY Even as U.S. stocks hit record highs in August and September, the VIX remained elevated as investors refused to abandon their hedges ahead of a potentially turbulent fourth quarter that holds a presidential election. The S&P 500 notched multiple new highs during those months, but the VIX never fell below 20—a phenomenon that hasn’t occurred in two decades. Since putting in its last high on Sept. 2, the S&P 500 sold off almost 9%, while the VIX has doubled to 40. The four main stock indexes yet they remain weak. The Russel 2000 which made its high in 2018 which our original forecast called for a 2018 high with a low into 2020 on the surface appears correct. But the extreme rally in the Tech stocks which drove the NASDAQ to record highs forged an 18-year high which we have 11-year highs in the Dow and S&P 500. The Dow did not make a new high above that of January and was still qualified as just a reaction rally. Here is a very important fact, the first bounce from the 1929 Crash low of October was a 40% rally sucking in everyone for the slaughter and it then turned down falling from the high of 386.10 to 42 by July 1932. Percentage rallies will typically suck in the novices to trading who are impressed simply by the market moves. However, this strong bounce with new highs in the S&P 500 and the NASDAQ in face of a failure to do so in the Dow while the broader market has been unable to exceed the 2018 high as demonstrated by the Russel 2000, confirm some of the darkest threats to the world economy as a whole. We still see that the Dow will be reflecting international capital flows and should decline less on a percentage basis compared to both the NASDAQ and S&P 500. Read the full article
