Hi my name is Marrisa and some people call me Mar.
I am a wife, working momma of 3 kiddos and am passionate about my relationship with Christ.
I have been married 7 years to my husband and we are not perfect by any means or have the perfect marriage. However it is a process, it is a life journey we choose to live together. We have been through some things that we never that we would but in the end we are both there for each other working our way through life.
My eldest daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was 7, she’s now 14. It has been a world wind for sure managing life with a T1D doing through life’s changes and helping her figure it out on her own. She also struggles with ADHD (it’s the only diagnosis they will give her). I am starting so see some positive changes this year in her and excited to see her grow.
My son was just diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, so we have had quite a few doctors appointments lately and that will probably continue for a while. Our goal is to keep him independently active as long as possible. He’s a smart, funny, caring, little man.
My baby is 3 and I love watching her grow every day! She just got glasses and is just the cutest thing! She is smart and will talk your ear off.
I love supporting others and showing them what they are capable of doing. I was raised around strong women and have tried to be the same and raise the same. I am a listener and watcher this is how I learn about others. Once I’m comfortable around you watch out, the Fbombs come a flying and I’ll probably tell you too much information at times.
