It has a cozy living room.

For the price, it's a little on the small side, though.

The dining room layout is very similar to the living room.

The kitchen's beautiful, but I wouldn't have done the whole thing in a dark color.

Spare room with built-in cabinetry.

Cute little nursery.

Vintage half bath.

Nice shelving in the hall.

Bedroom with a nice fireplace.

The main bedroom has a built-in closet.

Good idea for an older home w/o closets.

The full bath has a lovely vintage tub.

According to the listing, the laundry room had an extensive reno.

Large back yard.

And, quite an expanse of front yard.

I thought that this was a park, but it's actually the house's property.

0.88 acre.
