It’s my grandpa’s birthday next week and he said “I don’t want to be 85” and my grandmother, his wife of 59 and a half years, said “well your only alternative is to die”, I can’t believe how affectionate they are

I was having lunch with them today and my grandpa started throwing napkins at my grandmother, and she balled it up and looked all set to throw it back but then she put it down and said “I will not throw it because I was brought up properly, you were dragged” she has spent ¾ of her life with this man

                   really, he should have know better at this point… albus was albus, he’d have certainly given newt this house as somewhere to go if things went south. only reason he’d turn up here in the first place was to hide the stone and gather a few old knick knacks of their’s. ( we can no longer trust the boy, not at this time anymore, ma vie ). gellert was lost. the stone would be locked away here for the time, stuck in a little pocket of space that existed between here and their new home. frazzled a bit, walking in on a non magique earlier, almost having prepared to attack until he caught the thoughts in his head. ‘ would you mind your step here ? ‘ said house was – had been – a home once. nothing special compared to the flamel family manor. yet it was in need of some touch up for certain.

                   ‘ it’s not often i ever return here, so do mind the boxes and all the… well, dust. ‘ said dust he quickly gave a wave of his hand to rid of, collecting it all into a condensed ball before he vanished it away. so much was going on, too many variables, nicolas’s mind had been working in overdrive since the events at the cemetery and the lestrange tomb. he lifted his eyes, hefting a box out of the way to peer inside for a moment. ‘ use this house more for storing select valuables and such nowadays since we no longer live in france much. ‘
